Hey,

with all these ICOs going on in parallel it seems impossible to stick out for a good one.

Reddit and this forum get flooded with announcements of new ICOs making it almost impossible to spot good ones.
Facebook blocked ICO advertising.
Google Adwords blocks use of word ICO in ads in certain countries already.
Twitter is drowning in ICO announcements.
Listing pages are popping up everywhere, too.

What are the ways you guys use to learn about new ICOs and how do you find out the good ones ?

Just be aware of the possibility of a scam. I think you can dodge them all if you do think like that.
Be pessimistic with every ICO until you reach the point that you are positive with one.
Check every details they have, you can stalk the manager or the CEO if you want to. If you are a large investor then you should do this.
They should be transparent with every detail of information about them. They should not hide for they are getting a lot of money out of it. Try skype or anything where you could talk to them live.

I think having many ICOs is not any problem at all because the ICOs that comes up means that the innovations in the blockchain technology is increasing and also making the world a better place and optimizing operations and making things easier for human to handle.

A larger crypto currency will grow larger than ICO. but not all ICOs will survive, many ICOs may fall or fall. if you want to find a good ICO, I think you need to read their white paper. know that they design and are safe for investment.

I know usually here on the site. Here branches with new ICO are constantly created. Sometimes I learn from the various telegrams the channels.

Yes there are a lot of ICO outside now that one imagine which is the good one as there are so many fake ICO out there whose aim is to defraud people of their hard earned money. All we need to do is be very careful when investing in ICO by reading the whitepaper to make sure you understand the project very well

Yes OP ICOs are very  many nowadays and some are not even required but everybody wana utilize  the potential of the blockchain for everything. It's now an harder work spotting the solid and good icos so we must do our research very well before investing and not invest blindly based on other people opinion but the fact still remains that there are still many good ICOs out there

I agree that now many dicks do not have a specific development plan and whitepaper and are only directed to a quick collection of money. To choose a good one you need to pay attention to these moments.

I remember there were times when I bought bitcoin for 800 dollars.  and at the same time bought alt's tops.  The profit for the year was cosmic at that time.  But as it is not strange, money quickly comes and goes.

if you invest in ico better you should be careful and always selective in choosing because ico there is a scam. here's how to not get stuck on a scam ico:
1. studying the project team (whether the team already has experience and has had a successful project in the past)
2. by looking at and studying white paper
3. see the number of participants or people who join and invst in a project

In finding a good ICOs you dont have to go out of the forum. I found all good ICOs i participated with in the altcoin announcements of this forum and how to find out which one is good? You just have to read and understand their whitepaper, their roadmap, the team, the budget. If it is too good to be true then it is not true.

It should be an active business that is looking for funding. Or, some kind of new idea, but not too difficult to implement. If someone promises that they can do, what monsters like Amazon, Google, Apple, and Microsoft can't do, and asks 10-100 million dollars for this, they 99.99% will not be able to do it.

The problem is not so much in the number of ICO, but the number of scam ICO compare to the good ICO. And the scam projects are more than a good ones and the really bad news is that the scam projects are multiplying very fast.

What I'm doing is checking in the announcement for new ICO's and checking the whitepaper. I also check third party appraisers and off course the team behind it. I believe that there are many ICO's out there that is legit and just wanted to utilize blockchain technology for their advantage. But be very careful scammers. Many of them as well.
