I'm curious to know about the protokal on which this project should be based. it will be a POW or POS or maybe some other?

pow, I believe

Neither POW nor POS. The tokens are all created at once (premined as some like to call it) and they will be distributed according to the percentage specified in Token allocation in the first post.

Probably people from China and the USA are forbidden to join, because ICOs are banned in these countries.

Then ICOs are not for you. Verifying identity of the customer is a normal practice. Privacy policy is a binding agreement granting non-disclosure with the exception of precious few cases - mainly when the legal authorities ask for it

So now, I suppose, all the roadmap will be changed? Have you updated it already?

Hi. It's under way. We'll present it to the Community very soon Smiley

How do you think, based on the interest of the project on the part of investors, will you reach a hard cap?

yeap, youre right
maybe you guys know how to avoid this restriction?
There is no way
You have to attach documents to buy tokens (id and address)
Its possible only if you have dual citizenship, i think...or if you falsify you documents
I would never give my personal information to complete strangers, who may be some scam people...They could easily take a bank loan pretending to be me or something like this

Yess...I suppose in our days of scams we need a KYD (Know Your Developer) procedure...

Don't agree with you guyys. KYC procedure is necessary for all the business whether it is connected to the blockchain technology or it is related to any other business. It's collected for the business owners security and other information purposes.

I personally think that KYC in ICOs add to some degree of credibility.

What if I don't want to wait so long (jUNE 30) Can i get a refund?

I'd say probably not. The only potential case where you could get a refund is if the ICO can't achieve its soft cap at the end of the its period. It would be up to the team (or to a community vote), to either chose to proceed with the project (even if the soft cap is not reached) or to refund everybody.

It's too early to make "to-the-moon" predictions at this point of time, but I believe that reaching soft cap is more than feasible. The market is changing, you know, so what was possible for ICOs a year ago is getting harder now, and it's not about the product and its innovation at all.

It would be up to the team (or to a community vote), to either chose to proceed with the project (even if the soft cap is not reached) or to refund everybody.

We'll embark on the project even if we raise 85% of soft cap - in that case we'll have to part with the 5% of the budget allocated for 'Contingencies" and 10% assigned for the opening of the International offices.

If the fundraising gets obviously stuck and the Community wants us to stop, we'll issue refunds. However, I believe that everyone who expressed interest in this project wants it to be implemented - otherwise they wouldn't have supported us. So we reviewed our strategy and do our best to reach the goal.

Reliable data storage is always necessary for both personal and business purposes. A properly designed system will become a popular product.
