Agree. So, I would choose to buy Bitcoin rather than investing in the ICO. In a bear market condition, there will be no failure or loss of money like the scam ICO.

Buy bitcoins it more safer than the ICOs. In today's world there are so many scams Which includes ICOs too. It's very likely to invest your money in to scam than real ICO. If you are a beginner I suggest you should invest your money in Bitcoin.
