You are over exaggerating, the scam is when the scammers go away with your money and the point is that the projects never existed, so 90% is definitely not the truth.

But definitely many projects can't raise enough funds, even soft cap, although the product/service exist in fact. Scammers are not the right word to describe these projects, these projects are just not successful. In these cases, developers are always making a refund.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

This is known fact. In the market most of the projects are low level scams, some of them are clever scams and only a few of them are legit and survive in 3-5 years. Vitalik started this smart contract business, it was expected. Anybody can write a contract and raise money. Investors have to be smart to stay away from traps.

I dont know how many projects scam. But many projects will not do what they want to do. I think that many projects that are now make ico will be forgotten within 2-3 years. Only a few of them will really survive.

Posibly yes that most of the ICO's today that are being launches are scams , because of many ICO's this day , its difficult to choose a good ICO to invest our money. In my experienced once i invest in an ICO , after their crowdsale has ended , i thought that i can gained more profits from that ICO that i invested my money , but i am disappointed that all of our money has been taken away by their developers. And its a big lesson for me to choose the right ICO to invest  , so that i can gained more profits from it.

I don't think running away with the fund is the only scam in the space, but just collecting funds from gullible investors because you think they will give you for a project that will not scale or see the light, alot of these projects are just dreams that will not materials and they keep spending the money given to them when they not fully well that the project won't work

The founder of ETHEREUM said that over 90% of ICOs are scams. By participating in an ICO, you give your money to a project that probably will never happen. Every day a new ICO comes out ... but what surprises me is that many people invest their savings in these very high risk projects. I think it is much better to invest in real projects already listed on the stock exchange .... of which you know everything well ... For example, BANKERA looks like an ICO scam .....
most of the coins get dump after there are listed in the exchange. Many of the ico project out there are scam and like I have read some were "90% of ico invest cannot not get returned on investment after one year". I think investment in ico projects is good if you believe in ico and you have a long view on the project and if you have in mind that you can invest for long-term.

I agree with your idea because after they all collect a certain amount of money, they either disappear or disappear from the center

Less, myself participated in some and I will tell you that I did not get what I expected, of course, but it carries and is very interesting. The main thing is to find such a project that has a unique idea and is ready to fight for it by any means, it is difficult of course with such a number, but it is possible.

although not 90 percent, a big part is scam. everyone is collecting money, making a so-called coin or token, and making a lot of money. then you can not see a project or a working team anywhere. they go on holiday Cheesy

It is well known fact that most ico's  dont cost so much money. Don't have any monetization, use copy of old open source  and cost billions of dollars:)

I participated in 12 ICOs and no one of them was not a scam. Those in which I wanted to participate but could not -also not a scam. So you just need to carefully choose projects.

Non-Scam projects are very good. In 2017, ICON, ZRX and raiden investors were very well received.

What is the real reason? You have reason to believe in the spread of news on the net. As far as I know, ICOs are an important part of cryptocurrency and are of much interest to investors. Scam is yes, but I do not think it is 90%. You can join the whitepaper, telegram, website ... to monitor the process and authenticate them.

In general, I am of the opinion to invest only in proven sources. After your warning, once again convinced of this. I'm doing everything right. Let's see if they turn out to be mozennikami, or all this will be honest

This is like a joke. I hear a lot of people say ICO is a scam here, but I do not know about it. I will consult this if I invest in the upcoming ICO.

As mentioned on subject line most of the ICO project scamming their investors that is what happening in the forum and outside. Project digger and all proven this with many people.
You can find truster project by checking white paper information, development team details and their social media accounts. These will definitely exhibit whether they are legit not. Still you font believe them. Invest on token sale when the trusted manger involved in it.

We are seeing some good potential coin and their team seems to be more active after the crowdsale in order to more awareness about the project. When they are marketing the product it is always good awareness about the project. In this way, they will develop the project to the next level.

Hm not really...
90% is just a crazy number to be said. I'm not saying there aren't scam icos, but clearly not 90% of all.
Probably around 60%-70%, there are clearly some good icos.

The founder of ETH, do you mean Vitalik buterin?
Can you show us when he said if 90% ICOs are scam?
People should be know if investment on ICOs have high risk.

Ico is involving with etherium and i think it does not make sense if he said that the 90% ico is scam because ico is like his product to increase etherium demand.
So i dont think he will say that but maybe other people.
