every ico's requires kyc process to determine information such as identity, nationality, source of income and so on, which is needed to become qualified being called an investor.
but for bounty hunters like us, if the project requires kyc process, I dont let myself involve in that kind of campaign.

If the project is good and the bounty is a little solid then for sure I'm gonna join a bounty that requieres KYC. We will adapt to this no matter what , but KYC is not necesary for bounties in my opinion.
Not necessary , i also dont participate in that ico or bounties but never say there are a lot of cheaters , i am telling that if you can get over it by giving driving licence or similar stuff , no harm in it

Yes , i have seen many icos does not allow some countries peoples to participate in some icos like chaina , usa , korea or singapore , maybe the company just want to know nationality and some other minor things.

This has become a mandatory requirement in most ICOs and therefore you can not escape this process if you are interested in a project

I think KYC is a good thing or I should say it's a good step towards ICO integrity. Yes it's true you have to give your personal information in KYC but it's good for the cryptoeconomy reputation because Cryptocurrency investment has been accused of being money laundering. Never invest in ICOs that are running by unknown personalities. Keep your investment safe and never put all your investment in one ICO unless you have strong believe that it's worth to invest all in one.

I really do not like it when companies require KYC. I'm always worried about fear, and I do not think that my data is used for scam  purposes. I took part in several of these projects.

KYC is certainly not a very pleasant procedure for many participants, but if the project is actually very good and promising, you can not be afraid to undergo this procedure. Our data so in all possible organizations - such is life

I wont giveaway my personal data to a shady ICO. Do your own research and only give out your personal information in very rare cases. A few worthless tokens are not worth your identity.

Do any of you participate in ICOs that requires KYC (Know your Customer). We actually experienced this one on exchanges but how about in partipating in ICOs or just even in airdrop that requires KYC.

I think it depends as for me as they are many scams as well just getting your information. In some instances, we can be blind sometimes, mkay? I really do not join airdrops if it requires too needy to get your personal information.

I believe some people are not cautious as long as they can join airdrops. How about you? What are your thoughts about KYC in ICOS?

Nowadays ICO with KYC is seems normal for me because the ICO company will facing the regulations to legalize their company.
if you know the ICO is good and not a scam, i think it is worth to give your identity details to them.

Seasoned developers soundly think that KYC is not a rational process for most of the coins. They don´t possess the legal support of securities and shall not require of that approach.

I never want to join an ICO that needs KYC, of course that is still a question why developers need our personal data? I mean this digital world is very dangerous if we provide personal data to them only for free, including the ID number of our country, we may sell data to certain parties like Facebook

Of course because that will really help us so that not many people will commit fraud. Therefore KYC is needed in each ICO that will be followed. I also chose ICO based on KYC.

I joıned to many ICO's that want to KYC from me and joined bounty campaigns what also want KYC from me and this is not problem.
I definitely joined some ICO that requires KYC as long the project is good and worth investing. And for me participating on ico that requires kyc is really okay because the project just want to know the identitiy of all the investors.

KYC does not justify the approach to undifferentiated script currencies. Sometimes he's very dangerous.

I think that is no problem  if the ICO is truly reliable. the purpose of the ICO manager might be to find out the identity of the person who joined him. from here it may be able to strengthen cooperation when they know each other. the key is mutual trust.  but all that is on condition that you agree to submit your KYC Smiley

The last time most of the ico require KYS, and even some bounty of the company require it. I don't see anything difficult on the passage of the KYS don't need much time

Of course, I think KYC is just a form of identity verification of each person. Participating in the ICO must KYC to limit the risk and the virtual account, fraudulent account

I have participated in several ICO projects to KYC and I found this is very normal. If I had chosen to invest in a project, I would definitely trust their Team Dev reputation
