Worked on my end, have you cleared the cache and cookie? not just the history. On my experience the page didn't load because of the internet connection, so if I have good internet connection... there's no any problem I've faced so far. Perhaps you can restart your phones, some phones are lag and buggy so it's make you stuck on the loading page.
Seems like a problem with SSL, when I try to open using 2 other gadgets today, Safari (IOS), and PC (windows), this site tells me:

We are not every day able to claim. For example, today I can claim the promos ZCash Slots code 2 weeks ago where almost able to withdraw but it doesn't have enough balance requirement.
