As far as I know, 8betnews does not engage in any conversation with forum members. There is no way I know for certain whether he is even a real person or simply a bot that publishes regular updates about the casino.

@SerhiyN3, I think you should open a proper scam accusation against 8BET.io casino and create a flag on the 8Bet account.

In good faith, we will ask the support team to clear this user's withdrawal despite the flags of multiple accounts, and their funds will be released. However we will respectfully ask this user @SerhiyN3 to no longer play at 8BET and will no longer be welcome to the regular freebies.

Seems clear now, not just this one, if you read more posts above, you will find the same problem from a newbie. 

As I see it, 8bet is one of the gambling sites which makes it easy for the newbie to create an account and farm. Even though they have tightened up the system by tightening withdrawal requirements, but still many cheaters slip off, which means no matter how strict the system if loose supervision that could be easy to penetrate cheaters.

Thank you for your response. The case you stated is not a new one for newbies who tries to cheat the system by opening several accounts to benefit from the welcome bonuses. If there are penalties for people that violated the rules in your terms and conditions, please follow it.

Sorry, but I don't see why you're actually complaining. Casino support replied that they will honor your winnings and pay you your $7, even though they have evidence that you used multiple accounts to abuse their promotions. Also, it's their right to refuse service to you in accordance with their policy, so you'll have to try your luck somewhere else. And if you think you can cover your tracks by changing your IP address or using a VPN, don't bother, gambling providers use numerous methods of multi-account detection that you probably don't even know about.

There is no need to discuss this further since you have no case to argue. Don't get me wrong, I'm not accusing you of anything. I'm just pointing out that there is really no logic that they would try to scam you for such a meager amount. And, if they no longer want to do business with you, they obviously have valid reasons for doing so.

Yes, they posted free spins code almost every day and I think not many new people aware about it so high likely old users tried to take an advantage by creating multiple accounts to claim the free spins code. In above case, 8bet give the chance for the player to take the winning but deposit is required.
