is there any softcap for this ICO? since there is total 404M Tokens that already sold from 50B reserved for ICO

Greetings, there is no soft cap for this project.

so about the bounty allocation, will the amount still 3M usd if the token sold just 1Billion or Less than that?

If they raised 1 million, they are not going to give 3 million to the bounty hunters ,this is not possible. The price will dump really hard
They believe their project will succeed and that situation will not happen. Read the rules on the bounty thread, it is not a reward on total token sold. They insist 3M$, it probably will not change.

And what will happen if the project collects little money? Will it develop? Or will the team return Ethereum to investors?
The sale is uncapped. We will sell however much the market wants during our Token Sale and then burn the rest after the token sale. Unlike most ICOs and token sales, we're producing something with a physical component and, at least initially, we'll be the ones creating that hardware. A stronger Token Sale will give us the ability to move more quickly and on a larger scale. Because of the potential of the network, we chose to let the market set the value rather than artificially choosing a cutoff point. We do see the potential for all of the tokens to be allocated during the sale, which would make it the largest token sale to date. The project will be developed.
Well, we are reassured that the work will continue. But still I would like you to collect as much money as possible Smiley

I see total supply is 100B and 50% is for sale means 50B is for sale. Unsold tokens will be burned. What happens if you end up burning 49B tokens since the market is really bad. I assume the network can still run with half the tokens?

Yes that is correct, the network can still run however this is not the outcome we expect.

But what if the above mentioned statement is the worst case scenario, how can you handle such situation in order to let the music play? Cool

Don't forget there were like 3.2 billion tokens given to the company before the ISO and the private presale, the tokens bought during the private pre-sale, and the amount allocated to the team before the token sale began will keep the project running smoothly.

the fact that the  token sale ends in may is a small advantage. Analysts predict that market growth will begin in early may. And XYO will be able to sell a large part of the tokens.

This is very useful and unusual way of data location network like no other third party involved to sniff any location or identity of a user. Thanks for summarizing it for basic information to understand by investors, bounty and the future partners who will be interested on this service.

And it shows you how great potential use-cases are!
Amazon payment-on-delivery, self-driving car location, theft prevention, geo-location games, transport logistics (trucking companies) etc.
So many options...

Don´t understand example with Amazon delivery... You package is tracked now as well. with shipment with dhl, ups and so on.. Ok, not in real time, but on the main steps. What basically xyo technology will change? Additional 5$ for delivery price?

I also got a question about use cases : Commercial Airline Luggage Logistics.

I was thinking about such an idea since years.. But, it was almost impossible to implement. But, as far as I know KLM wanted to implement something like that few months ago, is it your project?
Issue is, that airlines not really happy to take battery devices in hold. Ok, 1 device is nothing, but if every bag will have 1.. 600 devices on board that communicate one with other (we still requested to use fly mode during landing and take off) + batteries. Is it safe to use?

Because as we all know, any mistake in aviation can lead to crash..

Do not understand me incorrect. I see thousands cases where technology could be used, I also wear XYO signature, as I trust in project. Just this 2 cases won´t let me sleep well  Roll Eyes

One issue with the USPS/ Amazon example and one that many people have experienced is that many packages get stolen if left outside the home. The XYO Network would have the ability to also verify that a package was actually received in the home of delivery

And my example above was specifically about payment-on-delivery. Because its a trustless blockchain solution you can be 100% sure when an item is delivered that it has actually been delivered. And is INSIDE the persons house. Not just left on their front door.
That way you could create a smart contract that pays the seller as soon as the item is confirmed inside the house, rather than just waiting for signoff from a courier company.

So the buyer would transfer tokens to the smart contract, and the item would be shipped. As soon as the XYO platform confirms item is inside the buyers house, payment is made automatically with no chance of faking/stealing etc.

Can anyone confirm what the countdown in the site means, https://xyo.network/index.html.
It says 51 days from now, so the ICO has not started yet?

The ico already started on March 20th, and it will end in 2 months. So I think the countdown is here to show you when the ICO will end, the token sale will end in 51 days.

hello, i have a question about, does the xyonetwork can track where something have been ? you know, you can be able to locate if someone or something went to that place. It can be useful on investigations.

Hello. I hope this offers you some more understanding on how XYO works and why

The XYO Network is made up of four primary components:
- Sentinels, which gather data about their location, environment, and other nearby XYO Network devices and store this information on an onboard digital ledger,
- Bridges, which relay information from Sentinels to the public blockchain, where it is stored in perpetuity,
- Archivists, which store and index the information transmitted via Bridges,
- Diviners, which access the information in order to verify location or answer queries.
Together, the interaction history between Sentinels and Bridges creates an unalterable Proof of Origin Chain which is stored and indexed via Archivists. By examining individual Proof of Origin Chains and their Intersections with other Chains, Diviners can provide location verification and location history for a specific Sentinel or set of Sentinels.

Additionally here is a link for use cases! =)

We've made a quite a few updates to our GitHub repository since the Token Sale was announced - take a look at https://github.com/xyoraclenetwork.

We've also acquired GEO and brought their team on board - GEO was a very popular project at ETHDenver last month. More information is at https://medium.com/xyonetwork/xyo-network-strengthens-crypto-location-tech-portfolio-with-the-acquisition-of-geo-4fd0d7ea2d0c.

That's a separate implementation of a cool location-based protocol.
Good stuff!
