In this case LibertyLance has put has developed a mechanism which is going to review such cases amicably with the expertise in whatever job that the freelancer was tasked to do. In fact this project is a laudable on. Big ups development team.

Again there are times that some market platform delay in making payments to their freelancers and also charge high commissions but in the case of LibertyLance using an advanced technology called the smart contract. Freelancers are going to be automatically paid as soon as the client reports of a good job or a satisfactory job. I love the token holder jury idea of LibertyLance; through it, disputes can be settled more amicably between freelancer and client.

i find this project Very Interesting. In how many phase the ICO will Complete. and what is token holder Jury ?

There are going to be 3 funding rounds held

1) The first round is going to be the private sale that is going to be held on 20th of March
The second round is the Presale which is going to be in April
The third round is the Main Token Sale which is expected to be in May

2) The Token Holder Jury is the most important part of our project as those with our LTN
tokens will be able to participate in disputes between the client and freelancer. Smart
contracts will release funds when majority of the token holders vote for either party.

Those token holders that were right during a dispute will be rewarded the transaction fee
and in LTN tokens. This way LibertyLance will have no involvement in these disputes
creating a decentralized marketplace with a distributed network of dispute settlers.

this is a positive step forward into resolving some very vital issues with crypto currencies.  i would love to see this project have great success and become a solid backbone for other projects to base its self on!

wow...this is one of the coolest project i have come across with. I have read the whitepaper and i think LibertyLance is  bringing a new dimension into Freelancing. Imaging the system of freelancing where customers are automatically paid by smart contracts. In this instance there are no delays in payment and also in the case of system shut down or failure monies are not confiscated but rather can be resolved when the platform is back online. Freelancer are going to benefit from this project a lot as LibertyLance are going to charge very low commissions. Great job Liberty Team please make this project a bit one.
