As you know, the most popular platform for the ICO was and remains Ethereum. And already in itself, its existence and development provides the young industry with growth for years to come, as the number of ideas not implemented on Ethereum's blockbuster is still very high. But I'm worried that 46% of ICO, who collected money in 2017 turned out to be scammers or have not fulfilled their obligations

Although right now we can see an unpleasant policy from the SEC and other committees,  2018 probably will be bigger yaer for ICOs than previous.
Despite the large number of doubtful ICO, the very concept of ICO is unique and opens great perspectives for the development and implementation of fundamentally new technologies.

I saw some charts of upcoming ICOs and we can expect more than 5 thousand ICOs in 2018, that is just incredible. Imagine guys how much scam there will be, I think many people will lose their money, that is why we need some harsh regulation of ICOs.

Yes, guys! everything is just beginning. And if the issue with investors from China and the USA will be resolved, it will be simply unrealistic hype. But i think it will not happen this year and i think this is right! Too many investors can overheat the market.
