Yep this year will be bigger for ICOs. Because in 2018 started few huge ICO - TON and Dragon coin , they collecting huge amount of money. And also each days starts a lot of new ICOs with cap 10-30M . So this will be ICOs year.

ICO was not as widely accepted before but during the year 2017 huge ICOs have come to the market and made a historical mark. Records were made during that year.
