Your biggest bitcoin regrets?

My biggest bitcoin regret is to invest them in doubler and ponzi sites in the past where I lost all my bitcoins and the other regret is to use them in gambling for making some quick bucks but every time I have lost money in it and if I would have saved those coins then it would have given me best profits at this stage.

Since I had never made gambling big loss ( more than 0.06btc ) but still beside the gambling I made many mistakes that are .
first mistake that I made in the Bitcoin was to investment in the btc generator site and they were promised that they will double my Bitcoin if I will deposit atleast 0.01btc that was much coastly for me at that time .
And second mistake was for the investment in the mining site  but the site ran away with big scam in the Bitcoin market and that results into the loss of 40$( approximate ) .
And my third mistake was to sell my altcoin at very low rate and next day it became magically 1000 times more , I am telling about Putin .
So here currently I have just stopped my investment in hyip sites and not making even the deposit of 0.001btc , because I don't want loss my money more for the Ponzi scheme .
Trading and signature campaign are best for earning purpose .

Seeing this thread, it made me think about how much I've lost (concerning in time and patience) while waiting for confirmation. I set up a little amount of fee and waited around 2 - 3 weeks, and it was just nothing. It happened to be that the price should've been in recommended and I regret being a cheap person during that time. It wasn't worth it.

It happened with many of us like you. You are not the only person who has faced such a situation. It is good to share experiences on this forum it is kinda helping us all to be as a moral support for us.

Many times we make mistakes which we regret in the end but it is good for both us and for the others to learn from it. Those like me who has experienced it personally come to know that I am not the only one while doing such mistakes and for the readers it is learning.

Same here, I have recently gone through a page of web archives dated back in the year 2010 where Gavin was giving away 5 bitcoins for each 3 seconds or so. It really feels very guilty that we were spending hours and hours on Facebook and other stuff like that and never ever tried to do something new. Anyways, I have faith in bitcoin and I am sure I won't have this regret after 10 years from now considering post 10 years growth of bitcoin.

One of my biggest bitcoin regrets is when I used my bitcoin to purchase something way back a few months ago. I regretted it because there is a huge increase in it's price. and it is still continuously rising to the moon. If I became patience and kept it, I probably had earned more. Lesson learned. Keep your bitcoin for now and wait.

First of all, not buying Bitcoin when it was just a couple of cents. Or at least mining back then. But another huge regret I have is panic selling, when the price drops I just sell because I scared it is going to keep dropping. I am trying to stop this habit though.

Too ambitious with rising prices so that when the price is going up I venture to buy bitcoin at a high price but after I bought it in a short time the market price down little by little until now, There I feel sorry for having bought at a high price.

Investing in a hyip and dont know that it is a sure scam in all of the investor i dont have enough knowledge that time so i dont really know things about hyip and i just try investing a little bit of bitcoin and it really end up being scam and i never invest in a hyip again.

All HYIPs are scams.  There's absolutely no situation in which a site promising people high returns, with no real business details or regulation that only accepts currencies which don't get them traced, is a legitimate site.

everyone has the same regret like you but do not worry. Bitcoin always waits for people to use it and the price keep going up no matter what. Therefore, there is nothing need ot be regret

Everybody has their regrets for entering the bitcoin space late and when the mining trouble was truly low. I regret when the first i know about bitcoin that is year 2010 bitcoin worth 50$ only i really regret it. I don't believed on bitcoin that time so that i don't buy bitcoin but now if i can see the price i really feel sad. If that time i buy bitcoin i think this days am millionaire.

Yes even I have made the same mistake for not buying bitcoins at that price even though I was aware about bitcoins but didn't had faith that it will survive or it will go higher in future and if I would have bought bitcoins at that time then I would be holding more then 100 bitcoins at this stage and now its never possible to have 100 btc in wallet.

I think so many regrets happen, especially lately, because they sell the bitcoin they've sold at a price of $ 1000 or less. Well, nobody expected that bitcoin prices would be as high as this, in fact I'm also a bit sorry for having sold my bitcoin at a cheap price.

I sold lots of bitcoins when it was just $300 price. I regret it but it was history already. I just can't believe how I see I got those bitcoins before but now, it is like gold, so hard to get - but maybe it is just for me, I am pretty sure that there are others there that can easily get these bitcoins.

For you it will be a good time this is not something to feel down for I guess. I hope it was one of your best decisions at that time. A time will come when people will even feel sorry for selling their Bitcoins @ $2300, but I don’t consider it a mistake if it was so the exchanges will feel sorry for almost all the time that they should keep it and shouldn’t have sell it. If you sell it, it is okay but if you sell and don’t struggle for the new ones to collect will be something to feel sorry for.

i think you should not regret for that because if you have used your bitcoin when you need it, it is a blessing that you have that and you can use it, to me i think the biggest regret for me is that when bitcoin was trading in 1200 USD, there was a plenty of asset with me but i do not invest it in bitcoin. but still i am here confident about that in future i will get more and more good chances to make more and more money.
