Is Monero a Good Investment?

Monero is currently ranks at 11th most popular crypto currency by Market Cap (Total Market Capitalization), from out of 1320 types of crypto currencies currently circulating. So I think Monero is a good investment and since it is one of the very first and best anonymous coins.

For me Monero is a good investment. Monero is one of the best personal privacy altcoins. Every transaction with Monero is completely anonymous. No third party can find out the user information. Compared to Zcash, Monero is easier to use. In the future, if the cryptocurrency market is controlled then I believe there will be a lot of people using Monero. And until then, the price of Monero will be very high.

I do not see anything special in Monero, which makes this coin attractive for investors. Perhaps, I am mistaken, but Monero has no prerequisites for increasing the rate.

Monero was a really good investment. But recently Monero is being popular in the Dark web. That's why many exchanges delisted Monero Coin. After then I lose hope from Monero. Though it is still good coin and lots of investors are loving Monero. But to me, it is not worthy to invest.

I recently started researching in altcoin and I tried to figure out which other altcoin is more used in sending money online (I think a traded currency shows that the currency will resist in the future and will grow) and I came to the conclusion that Monero is that coin.


Why Monero? I think it's pretty simple, Monero because I saw that everyone from the dark web asks for payments in Monero, and this leads me to think that Monero would be a good investment now because from what I understand, even Bitcoin has first massively traded on the dark web, and Monero came as a more anonymous alternative to the dark web and so it replaced the bitcoin there.

So, as the title of this thread says: Is Monero a Good Investment?

I have presented my theory, but what do you think?

Please expose your opinion to help me in making the final decision whether to invest my money in Monero or not.

Countries that will ban Monero will just publicly expose it and give ti free marketing.   Much more people will get aware of Monero and price will increase a lot.  Same thing happen with Bitcoin also.

Well Monero passes in almost every test. It is the number one coin when it comes to privacy, it recently became asic resistant, it has been around for few years now and has already established itself in the crypto market and has a large market cap. These all factors combined makes it a good investment.

I think if you're looking to invest, you better do a really good research on which coin to choose. Monero sounds like an opportunity but it's actually an old coin compared to the new privacy coins out there. I'm not dismissing it, Monero is a safe choice and has proven itself over time, however, it is difficult to have a big return on your investment, which is why I invested in newer coins. As I like privacy coins myself, I took the time to check out coins like DeepOnion and NAV. DeepOnion was more my style, it even had an airdrop a few months back. And now that Bitcoin has fallen a lot and took the whole market in a downtrend, DeepOnion is cheap to invest again so I grabbed some coins in the cheap 

Remember, by doing your own research, you minimize the danger of choosing a bad coin. This is very important especially when you search for new coins.

I agree that Monero may be good for investment because it has good potential
But don’t forger about another problem – it is good privacy coin and as I know many criminals, even drug dealers, widely use it for anonymous payments in their illegal activity

I think the current  place of the monero on the charts are very good. Maybe the prices of the altcoins are very low now, but I think monero is a strong altcoin and can have a better popularity in the future.
