How are you actually stressed? Because you are not specific on the type of trade? During ICO or after? Does the crypto traded in totally crashed or abandoned? But anyhow it comes, you might probably rushed without proper and deep research, map not well studied or less skilled about it.
However, don't try to concentrate your total capital on just one crypto for fear of unknown or inevitability just as this. Share your tradings among two or more Cryptos. Always, be prepared going into trading with mind of risk in your mind, and never bite more than what you can shew. Be courageous and move on. once beating, twice shy.

I think it comes down to people not being patient or hodling. Everyone wants to see quick profits and often panic sell, losing a lot of money.

for now he dont need to read books about trading his own experience will teach him how to trade again , and now he need to read the books on how to recover his loses and i think it is hard for him to put some money again in the trading , maybe he must put his money in investment it will took long time but he will earn with a high percentage that he will not lose his money.

To be honest, I lost the same amount, what is worse, I borrowed that money with my friend and broke relationships due to this fact. And now I get back to crypto, but no more loans for trading. This losing had to make you  educate yourself.

Well before starting trade, you should have known technical analysis and where you invest your money. I fill very sorry for you, that's a really big money, but do not give up. I think no one will help you, as no one exactly knows, what will be the price in the future! There is curtain rules, to follow in trade, if you don't follow them you will lose quick, it's going to be like in a casino! My advise take this money (what's left) and invest them in education. Trading isnt that as easy thing like buying at the dips and selling at the peaks,theres a lot of things to consider,technical and fundamental analysis should be also considered,you might need to learn the basic technical analysis because it can save your ass from getting rekt from your trades.I have been studying technical indicators for 2months and i have been trading for about a week and today i have 30% gains since last week.Swing trading in a 4hr chart is my trading style you should know yourself which type of person are you? so that your trading style would fit to your personality.

It sure isn't, but people like the OP have thought in their mind that why leave their funds in their wallet when they can just hit the exchange and take advantage of the fluctuations by buying low and selling high thinking that is how all traders have been doing.

Too bad he found out the hard way which most of them usually do anyway. If he does not have anything to do with the money, all he can do is just to hold. So many people have been there and once the coins recover, they always get back huge.

Most of us experience this lose in crypto trading coins. That's sad to heared borrowed money but losing it that way, when we experience of losing we may learned lessons and that lesson you will bring into your next move to trading. What method did you use or how did you trade your coins, there are many factors that can affect your profit in trading specially if your are new you are bound to make mistakes. More people could help you if you give more details to your experience. Anyway I suggest that you do long term holding if you are really now sure on how your trades will go, just wait until you see the market to be profitable to trade and buy when you see each coin's lower or at its lowest is much better and repeat this cycle.

OP patience is important, and what is more important than patience is experience and research, don't blindly buy coins just because they are green, wait for dip and then buy coins, sell them when they are green.
