If the coin is yours already sold? If yes then it's the wrong decision. the assets you have are still intact and are not reduced, you just look at it from the angle of the currency just so you feel a loss. Therefore many people overcome their losses with investments in the long run up to the value of the coins is high again.

There are so many good projects that are undervalued at the moment.  There's no reason to invest in a project that looks risky.  You're pretty much just gambling instead of investing.  I would recommend investing in projects like Stratis, Waves, and BAT.  These projects will be around for as long as cryptocurrencies exist.

Do you think undervalue is always good? Not really. Its depending on the project itself. How good itself so no matter the value.
Investing in low price but high cap can be good choice for everybody who want safer investment to make not stress in trading.

You write like this, as if you are alone at a loss.  Now we are all in this situation, only some of the losses are much greater.  In fact, the only advice that helps in this situation is not to go to the stock exchange for several months.  This will save you from worrying.

I think it is better to stay away from the market because right now the market situation is in big volatile, so until the market settles it is better to stay away from the market. I also lose some value with the decrease price of the bitcoin.

Trading is a gamble. It is a game of chances and luck. You should be educated with the basics of crypto. I'm sorry for your loss but the best way to gain back your loss is to invest again and hope that you will invest in a decent company.

I'm so stupid when attending crypto currency, who can help me to get money back? I also ask many traders who has experiences in this one, but I still lost money
Well do not lose hope in getting back your money actually you have a lot of hope in joining here in the cryptocurrency. If you are able to conduct a study how the system works then probably you earn by now. Well it is not the end for that and i do believe that you learn from your loss so maybe quitting is not an option to get your money back. Thus, continue to believe in it and you will earn someday and get your money loss. So for now try to research on the cryptocurrency make a plan on how to earn it and be patiient with the investment. Trust is the key to success and do not be fooled by some other members here who are doing scam also. You must trust your self in doing the investment. I believe this is a self directed investment and no one could decide for you except for your self.

Apparently, crypto trading is not really for everyone, especially to newbies like you. You should have read a lot of advice and educational articles first about how to start best with crypto trading rather than go immediately into it with zero knowledge or preparation. But, be that as it may, all you need to do now is to stick to your coins if those are the top ones and wait for them to recover. If those coins are not within the top 100, you have the option to sell or wait, but depending on how promising such coins are.

Of course you'll lose if you sold it. Your not really fit for trade and I thinks this is a good lesson for you to stop trading because if you know what you are doing then you have not sold it all and lose that much.

I lost just as much as you. I could of paid off my mercedesbenz but I chose to invest. I'm still investing slightly . I am crippled right now could of used that to pay off some taxes in the future. I'm heavily in debt and have no money saved up. I buy the dips but it dipps even more. Now I need to stop investing. I rely on it too much. Its the get out of middle class but not without emotions.

I think think you sould be patient so that you cna wait for the right time to earn you money back.

Well, you should hold it a year if you want to get your money back because this time we can not predict the value in the market to recover direct into the digital economy. Keeping patient is the last strategy to keep out your stressful loses. This serve as an experience to you by analysing the coin before you invest more money out from a single investment.

Trading crypto currency in the current situation is very difficult. The market is very unpredictable and volatile. At this time, it is better to stop trading so as not to get very large losses.

You should better stop trading for now and start learning how it all works.
Right now the market is bleeding and I see no way how you will get your money back fast without a high risk to lose more.
Holding would be the best way, I guess.
I feel sorry for you. Hope you find a way.

buying coins when the price is high is very risky and now the price of coins is low I think I will also stress if it is in such conditions but we can still expect future coin prices to rise again and we do not lose a lot of money will even benefit

Trading is a very difficult job. As for me, you have to spend a lot of time every day. Trading is not just buying and selling. You must analyzing it and not making hasty conclusions,  studying and  studying all the time. All those who have passed the way of the beginner faced such problems. Only you are responsible for your money!

Until you are competent with technical analysis and understand how to execute trading strategies then you should stay away from trading.
I would recommend getting a copy of "Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets" By John J. Murphy.

No one can help you get your money back because there are so many people like you, join Crypto as it grows and then laments when it falls. The best way to minimize losses is to continue holding in the coming months, waiting for the market to recover.

lol, dont feel bad I'm down 40,000 usd but It's not an actual loss since I didn't sell anything yet.  It's only a loss on paper so the key is to be patient for the next bull run.

trading is a risky activity for people who do not have strong confidence
in fact, a trader is forbidden to cutloss as long as there is still hope for the coin to rise
make this loss experience a valuable experience to strengthen your heart
