i aggree this market is risky and you can lose all your money, the last dip between january and febrary i"ve lost almost 90% of my portfolio but i didn't sell and i didn't panic i know this cn happen over and over again but i believe in this technology and i'm here for long tem, hooooooooooooold

I think you should review your trading system and strategy because there might be something wrong, or at least, you can maybe change some parts of it because it's evidently not working for you. Also, I would say that you should try to step back because you might be entering a gambler's trance without knowing it; it's the condition where gamblers tend to be more aggressive in gambling, especially when they lose to get back what they lost. It's similar to trading because you want to get back what you lost, especially when it's this big.

But it seems now upside down. Investing in ICO now is not like investing in ICO in the past. Instead of wanting to make a profit but most ICO projects now make us lose a lot of money because after being listed on the exchange, token prices are cheaper than the price when ICO so investing in ICO for now is not guaranteed.

First of all let us get to understand you better.  Did you buy a coin and later sold it as an investor would or you went to an exchange to trade tokens because they are not the same thing
