I am now inclined to buy coins on the market, but no at the stage of ICO because of the fact that many projects can not raise even softcap and you will not return your money

It seems that's the case, but not all ICOs are the way you think, because if we buy it when giving an extra bonus it will be more profitable because we get additional tokens that we buy, though later the tariff will drop after being distributed to the prize participants but that is only temporary because with certain prices will rise above the price of ICO in accordance with the ongoing roadmap, then to invest in the ICO for logterm is not short-term.

I think that in conditions of such wild instability in the market, buying coins on a market is still safer than at the stage of ICO where there there are absolutely no guarantee...

I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

I prefer to buy a coin who is already listed in the market than buying coins in an ICO. There is too much risk involve in ICOs and also a big chance for making profit once it is being listed in exchange but i dont prefer it because many ICOs now are failed and scam. Only few have good potential to be one of top coins in the market.
I agree with you, the risks are very high. Sometimes after the end of the Ico and the exit of the coin to the exchange it can be bought much cheaper and with less risk.

I always buy when it's in the market because i always wait for the bounty hunters to dumo their coin first. Some of them place a sell order at low price and that's a good opportunity for me to buy at low.

That's why you will find a good ICOs that you can think their project will be successful. You can't participated in all ICOs out there what if they are scam that's why research is a must for you to have a knowledge or backgroud on that ICOs.

Of course on the market , usually after ICO price can drop very much, and you can buy coins for the more cheaper price. It happens in 90% cases ).

In a condition when the market declines I prefer not to buy anything, just monitor the situation and I will use to buy during ICO, but this depends on the situation.

sometimes if I doubt its ico. I will wait after entering the market. every potential must always be different. but that is why knowledge must be involved

The advantages in buying coins during ICOs is that the prices are low and other gave bonus to investors ,but some ICOs are not succesful so I would prefer to buy bitcoins in the market and keep on monitorig the prices of the coin.

It depends on the potential of a project. If it has a successful ICO, has the good review by the community I think you can not buy their tokens with a cheaper price on exchange site. Bounty hunters are smart guys, they can realize this.

Yeah, i agree with this guy. It always depends on the potential of the project "whitepaper". I'm a bounty hunter but i enjoy investing in ICOs especially presales. The difficult part of doing this is reading and researching about an ICO

In my opinion it is depends on what the price is even it is in ICO or in the market. If I am investors I will buy during ICO and I will buy also in the market incase the price will decrease from the price of ICO or vice versa.

While it depends too much to say generally, I think if the ICO is good, it will probably give more than a bounty or investing for example.

the value of bounty is only a few percent of the total tokens that will be sold on the market so when bounty sells their token results it will not damage the market. because the supply of tokens to market & investors is much more. if you want to buy at the time of ICO is the best time but must ensure how good the ICO, make more bonus and take with low price.

It depends on the kind of ico project not all coins are the same and they said that if the value is low the more chance it is to have great profit and so it is not wrong to buy ico

Another important reason when buying in ICOs is that you cant really know what will happen after it hits the exchange. At least when it is already in the market, and the bounty hunters starts dumping they can get very cheap coins. And if the coin endure, they'll get more profit than in ICO.

I've been watching around 15 ICO's I was interested in during the last months and only one of them went green after being listed on the exchange, other 14 were much cheaper during their release. I find 0 reasons to participate in the ICO's right now - whales will take advantage of bonuses, you will have to pass KYC, there is a chance of an exit scam and so on. Also we are in the horrible market right now and there are less and less worthy projects every day. Also I am laughing at their maximum caps right now, there is much less stupid money today.
