deciding which one will be better depends on the investor's strategy. If the project is nice a good coin ico time must be taken. otherwise it is the best to wait for the output of the market.

This decision depends on how well do you think that the Cryptocurrency you are planning on investing at will run on the long term or short term profits. Buying during ICO's means that you plan to hold it long or sell it when it is already listed on exchanges while buying on the Market means that you are using it as a way to spread your wealth into different crypto's that is done by multiple traders.

This is where The Researching is highly important before making decisions on investing in an ICO Project. There can be very good ICOs where You should not buy from the ICO phase. Overpricing, lack of hype and too much bounty allocation can be main reasons even a good ICO can go below the ICO price at the markets.

I think that the potential of the project does not matter now, and it is better to buy it on the stock exchange, since the price falls several times from the ICO price, even if it is a very good project and already has its own product.

I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

If a project has great reviews, meaning, it has great potential for success, it would be better to buy during the ICO to get the discounts. And once the tokens hit the exchange, wait about a week or two before selling.

Everything depends on the specific project. As a variant, we can buy tokens during ICO but if we see that the price goes down, we sell tokens and re-buy them at a reduced price.

It's very difficult to talk as a whole, so you need to talk here after the fees have been collected, but based on statistics, I can only say that now people do not invest, and if they do, it's not very welcome, because many already lost a lot of their money on it, it all depends on the project.

I always think differently. You can get a profit before the launch, but it happens after the exchange that the price will fall. In each case, its situation.

On the one hand, when you buy at the ICO stage, devs often given significant discounts of up to 25-30 percent. But when the coin goes to the exchanges, then a few days later it is possible to pick up on the fall. In General, it all depends on the project itself - an excellent project will not traded below the ICO price, in this case, buying on the market will be much more expensive.

Projects that look very good on the market, more precisely, the prices for the tokens of this project were bought at the ICO, of course, they can be bought on sale, which sometimes happens after the ICO, but still in order for the project to live, you need to invest in ICO

When bitcoin on the bottoms is traded, I prefer to buy on the stock exchange. But more depends on the project.

It has become the norm for price to dump once its listed on an exchange. The project with too large a bounty will sort of dump before it rises again. The newest example was in helbiz. Now it's slowly climbing

You can buy a coin on the pre-sale with a good discount and then immediately sell it on exchange and put this discount in your pocket. If you believe in this coin, you can buy it again if the price has fallen below ICO.

Yes, I agree that too many times distinguish bounty campaigns, but these projects do not cause a large project and even bounty hunters do not run the risk of signing up for such an ICO. So I think it is a problem of the investor and not someone else's.

There is no point in buying during ICO, when you can buy them cheaper, after listing on exchanges. That's why, a lot of investors have been losing interest in ICOs.

Lately it seems that after the ico, once the token hits the market, it tanks. It used to not always be that way. But if you're looking to buy in cheaper, you might just want to wait for it to dump when it hits the market.

It depends on the project. There are still a lot of project whom listed in the market above the ICO price. If a project is good, no matter how much the bounty hunters sold their coins, its price will insist to volatile if it's very promising and there is a huge support for it.
