Is it better to buy during ICO or Market?

I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

It can be a yes or no. If the project is deemed to be promising and spectacular into the eyes of the investors and is backed by an established business, entity or so, it would be worth for us to invest there and profit when it hits the market, especially when they have reached hard cap faster than the exact ICO end date.

It can be no because there are some of them who might get a dump when it hits the exchanges, so the buyers during the ICO would regret it when they can buy it through the exchanges below the ICO price. Reality speaking.

It is all part of the investment you've been doing it to earn and accepting the probability to make profit or not. Despite of that if you are patient and working hard to find some very nice icos to invest and not just buying any ongoing ico you may find it rewarding most of the time from your intial investment.

Yes that's true! Bounty hunters caused it most time as many sell below the ICO and even before being listed officially.

But nevertheless it is still better to buy in ICO, and hold for long, if the project is a very good one I believe you'll get your profit.

i can't guarantee any because crypto-sphere is full of surprises. if i'm opportune i would either buy at presale or immediately the coin is listed on an exchange.

It is better to buy during the ICO because you will get a discount on your token purchase up to fifty percent.

Maybe if you are interested in this project, you can buy a half during the token sale, and then buy some after coin will be launched on exchanges. But if you see that the project doesn't have lots of bounty or airdrop tokens - buy during the token sale. I invest in altcoins because it's the way to invest into your future. But I choose consciously in which project to invest.  The best way to profit from ICO is to invest into ideas which are already turned into projects. It is important to choose a project which is aimed at solving real-life issues.

for me, its better to buy early during ICO because you can earn bonuses at early stage. but its a 50:50 deal because there is no guarantee that the ico will succeed, but if you see that the campaign is really good, then there is nothing to worry about.

It is better to buy in ICOs because of bonus coin that they offer. Look thoroughly into their whitepaper, when it seems legit, the team solid, having supportive community, and interesting vision of the project. Well, when all of that appears, i think its best to buy when ICOs. But you've got the point that bounty hunters kinda rushing to sell out their reward from the project bounties. I think, when the project is good, the prices be a lot stronger. So, in my opinion that buying in ICOs sale is a good thing.

This is subject, I am also curious about. I do not buy on ICO time and wait for the market. I feel sorry when it enter to Market 3-4X. I think the best way is a nice and comprehensive research.Of course the time of the crypto world is also important, in terms of the bull or the bear season.

I think that if you want to invest in new projects, then investing in ICOs will be a very good option because at ICO the price is very low and you will be able to make huge profits when it is successful.

judging from what i have experienced in this blockchain world of ICO. i will advice that one buys from the market rather than ICO. i once bought into an ICO (BITUGENE PROJECT) that didn't return my money and didn't see the light of the day also.

Of course you should have buy tokens during ICO or on the presale while waiting it to be listed. The early you are the big bonus you get but always let yourself remember to check and carefully review the project you want to get involved with and be mindful that investing is risky be wise as you are.

To my personal opinion, it always better to buy in the Market than in ICO. One of the most important reason why i will not buy during ICO is because of the fear of being scam. Many projects or coins have teach me a lot of lesson that makes me not to buy any token from upcoming project except the project that am convinced in. This applies only to weak projects. Tokens of popular projects on the market are very expensive and unprofitable to buy them there.

The reason many investors want to invest in an altcoin when it is in the market is because they are already sure that the the altcoin already has a market value, as opposed to buying it in its ICO stage. Yes you can have more of its tokens because of its bonus however their is also a risk that it will either be a scam or the project will not push through because it did not meet its market cap. There is also the pump and dump group that only puts initial value to the altcoin then the altcoin price plummets without a chance of price raise.

It depends upon the way you look at the market and ICO. If you like experiencing risk, I think you need to buy ICO as expectation to get more profit, but if you don't like risks and no need to take too big reward, it is not suitable for you. Another important reason when decide to buy ICOs is that you can't really know what will happen after it hits the exchange, thus, be careful.

I have already noticed that token price may be high first day after release and that it may be really cheap. So I recommend to buy on the market if you are not sure that the ideas of the project is fashionable and interesting for million of investors
