Thats the reason why people are afraid to invest now in ico because of many scam projects mate but not at all are scam, there are some projects in here which is good to invest. And when talking about ico or in some markets when it launched. I will choose in ico because there are some discounts when you buy and also you are helpong that project to be successful.

Buying during ICOs period used to be the best way to get coins at very cheap prices but now the story have changed. Most coins once listed on the market get their prices very low even below the ICO prices. Late investors get to enjoy the low prices and buy at very cheap during the market in the early stages of listing on the market.

Of course its better to buy during Ico because it could bring your profit to x10 or more , But if you are not sure if it will be listed in a market it is better to buy in market because you are sure that its already listed , Its like a gamble or risk.

For me it is better to buy in the market rather than buying during ICO. Because sometimes when the altcoin are listed in the market. Their value is lower than its value in the ICO.

It is better to buy tokens during the ICO or pre ICO since they give discounts and by this discount you have as much as profit in the near future even if you sell directly upon finishing ICO project still you can earn with those discounts you earn from buying the tokens.

In the current market, it is better to buy in the market than join the ICO for more than 90% of projects. Break the ICO price when the token list in the exchange is common to most of the tokens.

Purchasing of tokens during Initial Coin Offerings for a project was quite cheaper but these days because of how some bounty hunters go and sell their tokens at a cheaper rate some investors rather decide to wait and purchase from the market. This reduces the price of the token to lesser extent and it is not good at all.

Of course during ICO stage of the project, because always after the token launched at some exchange its price grow. Also you can participate in the pre-sale stage and have a nice discount like 25% or more.
