Is it better to buy during ICO or Market?

Now it is better to buy coins on the market because it is less risky and more profitable.  Now very rarely the price of a coin in the market is higher than the price of an ICO.

I think it depends on projects and on investors too. There are big investors and not so, also there are projects that already have partnership with some famous company f.e. so in such a projects I think people can invest with more trust in the ico stage, cause the projects price has a high chance to grow up after the listing.
From the other side, opportunity to buy tokens after listing is understanable. If someone doesnt know project well he/she can be afraid of this risk of investment. But..if you dont trust the project - what for you invest?)) Imho investor is the man who play in longtime game. He dont invest for 2 mounth, 6 month, its for some years may be. And sure any investor klnows rules of money menegment.

It depends on the behavior of the market. At this moment, buying after the ICO is more advisable because most of the tokens' value are below ICO price upon being listed in different exchangers. It will just be more practical although there are investors who still prefer buying in ICO.

This question is not have exact answer. Everything depends on the specific project and the situation on the market. As a rule, in a growing market - ICO is more profitable. In a falling market, market price is better.

For me it is really bettee to buy during ico because the price of token is more cheaper but before buying on ico we need to make sure if the ico we will invested our money is a good ico and have a great future just like buying a coin on ingot and gcox ico for sure many people can make many money.

Last year when we had bullish market it was reasonable to invest in ICO as the price usually went up.
In declining market it happens more frequently that the price is lower than ICO price.
Good projects with no big discounts in pre -sale period  still has to increase in price  after ICO.

It can depends on the project abilities. Really nobody knows the truth about surprise in the future. So it is really personal question for everybody what to choose. I prefer selling after ICO.

When the market is in the red it seems it's much better to buy off the market as most of coins drop several times down from their ICO price.

Concerned with bounty players. They have coin free so many sell their tokens for less than the ICO. That has a big impact on the market.

It depends on bonus token during Presale, if ICO offers a Big bonus at Pre Sale and big gap price between Presale and Main sale, better invest at Pre Sale.
but if you think they don't offer some interesting then wait until they Hit Exchange.because usually when ICO Hit first exchange the price will be down because some investor sell their Bonus Token and Bounty Participant also sell their rewards.

In general it is really personal decision what to do and when's it is better to sell. Because sometimes surprised after ICO is much more lower than before, so you will just lose your money. Of course we all must believe in the future but we need have some knowledge too.
