This is good points scored in these areas. But I definitely would have love to see their social media activity rating just out of curiosity to know if they have picked up in that area

Reviews from expert always matter for ICO, many people check for expert opinion before buying anything. It's good to see DEVX project got 4.6 rating.

But who decides who is called an 'expert'? Don't get me wrong, these ratings can be a good source to learn about new projects, but I'd advise everyone to look critically at these ratings and to do your own research.

Most universities won't want to be the scapegoat incase of any misfortune or failure of the project so they will tend to wait and see how other universities who are brave enough to start with developeo succeed but i am sure the universities that will trust and partner with devx will not regret it.

That's still a long way away, which gives plenty of time for Developeo to achieve its sales goals. It is kind of annoying that even after you sign up to the DEVX dashboard you can't see a live counter of sales.. if anything this would make investors more confident and it will make them more likely to participate in the pre sale.

I think the best part would be that the experts/professional in the a specific field can be attracted for a specific course or bootcamp; with universities it is a real mess getting someone to the university (lots paper work) even for a part-time lecturer or the likes.
