idea to enter SME market is not new  and still there are  no any  tool woorking in all conditions ,  with blockchain as new engine
theoretically this gap can be filled but task is extremely complex as blockchain itself is still in  process of mass adoption and has lot of  concerns. But with BTC going mainstream , this can be awesome project.

All I know is that the minimum purchase for the pre-sale is 50 ETH.
So for the small investors it will be necessary to wait for the ICO period crowdsale in 10 days.
