But it's very hard to find one with working product, a few has demo and that's already very good. If the project already has working product then i believe it will sold out very fast.

Yes it is! The product is very important to ine project because if you're peoduct is not good i don't think that you're project will become great in the market. But not only the product is important. Also the projects because if your vision and mission in ine project is not good then i don't think it will become good. So in other word both products and project are important

I think it is great to see products. And I think it is a strong indicator the concept is building and achieving something tangible. Having at least a demo working product is a huge plus for a company going in to an ICO, they stand a good chance of selling all of the tokens on offer. However, the way the market is at this time there are no easy profits to be made when the tokens become tradable and you may actually lose.
