And if you'll think like an investor you'll be more optimistic of the project if they have a product already launch or has been in the market for years and you'll know that your money isn't going anywhere. Some ICO will just launch their product after they raise significant amount in ICO and sometimes things messed up so it just ended that the product launched was postponed.
