ASICS are clearly already mining.
As was said above they drop into a pool for about 15mins, clear it up and bugger off.
This was seen with the original bitmain hardware so is no surprise.

Pretty sure this is not true. Difficulty tanked after the ASIC news.
Also Bitmain is Chinese. They start mining the government gonna shut them down.

Being a GPU miner myself, I need an answer from the devs what their plan is. If they embrace ASIC I am dumping my 1mil BTCZ that I've been saving until the next year and getting the fuck out.

They said today our algo will be modified - more gpu memory will be required to mine btcz (probably gtx 1060 will be minimum for mining btcz)

my god we got a situation here, gettin thrown by coinbene is a bummer.
also I can see hashrate is dropping, miners are getting out.
my suggestion devs kinda need to announce the plans right fkn now,
before more people will give up due to uncertainty,

personally I'm with btcz until the end, dedicating my rigs to network and hodling my mil coins.

It would be best for BTCZ to use some unique algo or at least some algo that doesn't use any of big coins. That way, we would be sure that no one will build ASIC just for BTCZ, since it is still small coin.

Yes, allium good algo for next model btcz. This algorithm uses Garlicoin (GRLC)
My GPU very cold and electric power is also very low.
I heard that it was made on the basis of Lyra2z.

I got GTX 1060's, but 3gb variants. If they require more than that I might as well switch to ASIC, lol.
Monero forked, CryptoNight forked, both made ASICs useless. They should just fork and at the same time rebrand BitcoinZ.

Also just to let everyone know that once ASIC is introduced and if BTCZ embraces it, the value of BTCZ will go down bigtime considering ASICs are so much stronger and a whole lot will be mined much faster than it is now.

Blocktime should be the same..

Throw some "shit" and see what sticks.

Our devs already testing alternative solutions.
Btcz will be asic resistant don’t worry about that.
Give them time, they work for free not 24/7

Still no news. That 10 BTC has been refunded, so community will decide in next days/weeks.

Btcz is one of the very few coins stating clearly into its white paper that ASICs won't be tolerated.
A very good solution will be found. The only certain thing is that BTCZ will be protected from the ASICs.

About the coinbene case, please be cool.
There are countless exchanges to consider instead of it.
The 10btc have been returned and our community will decide the next move.

BitcoinZ is really the next bitcoin and it is going to rule :-)

Coss.io is an exchange which does ask for money to list coins but I read somewhere that if you make a trading promo on their exchange they will list it for free.
Trading promo will definitely give BitcoinZ liquidity.

This is actually not a bad exchange as they just added fiat trading, meaning you can buy btc on their website with real money. Not even Binance or Okex offer that.

True, we are beginning to have a situation.  As I can see, Net Hash is dropping. On one hand of course I like it, because my daily number of coins mined is increasing. However, if net hash drops some more, our coin will be in trouble.

I do not intend to leave this coin yet, and all my rigs are mining bitcoinZ, but I hope this is the lowest point.

I never liked the idea of being listed on Coinbene. Ok for free of course, but for 10 BTC, absolutely not. The reason they refused to list BTCZ was that South Korea does not allow privacy coins. Privacy is the best feature of BitcoinZ if you ask me. No government will win this battle. They can try, they will try but in the end, they will loose.

Conclusion. I'm NOT leaving this project, regardless of price. I'm doing my part. All my rigs are mining BitcoinZ. Financially (for now) this is not the best decision, however I really believe in this project. And my advice to you is: Now is the time to fill your bags with btcz,  buy, mine, and never give up.
