I can't send Bitcoinz from my GUI wallet, I can only receive coins. it gives me this error for no reason: " check if all parameters are correct" what should I do?
Send less then 10k Bro! Its a common issue at all wallets of all coins! You mining small amounts, you can send only small amounts. A work around if you transfer them in asap after you get them into another address.

Hey Developers!
Do you know what should those guys do who still have their old BTCZ coins on C-CEX exchange? Is their any way to force C-CEX to upgrade its wallet, or that was only possible before we hit block 160 000, before Zhash algo fork has happened?
How could we help for those mates? How could they claim back their coins from C-CEX? Could they withdraw these from C-CEX to old BTCZ wallets? Or they have lost all the old BTCZ what they have hold on C-CEX?
Any help or answer would be greatly appreciated!

When does the block reward decrease? half?
It is stated in the Community Paper of BitcoinZ (p.4): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aLuEcyHNKq215X4am2YQNXfQmPnV1pTt/edit" The halving interval is set for block 840,000 and is estimated to occur in approximately 4 years from the Sept 9th, 2017 launch. The approximate calculation can be completed by the following steps: a.) Blocks Per Day = Seconds In A 24hr Day / Block Time = 1,440 / 2.5 = 576 b.) Blocks Per Year = Blocks Per Day x Days In Year = 576 x 365 = 210,240 c.) Halving Interval In Years = Halving Block Interval / Blocks Per Year = 840,000 / 210,240 = 3.99 So in approximately 3.99 years, the block reward will go from 12,500 to 6,250, in accordance with the consensus code Halving Interval set at the 840,000th block. At this point, BTCZ will have reached approximately half of its total supply, or approximately 10.5 billion. " Therefore BTCZ halving will happen about 3 years from now. -------------------------- BitcoinZ: Your Financial Freedom Thank you for BTCZ tips: t1QLuHkEigtkEtsLxENCosJ1YaKHzB2keH7

And what assurance regarding the privacy of backing up the wallet in many places? What would that be very local? would it be just physical devices discarding the backup in the cloud?

High risk to do that. In the worst case scenario the coins you purchase now are just stuck and you can't do much about it except for waiting.

How is a manager going to effectively motivate a group of developers and engineers that are doing work for free most of the time? Sounds like you really just want a single person to be the FACE(Steve Jobs type) of BitcoinZ for marketing purposes which seems wrong for a coin that has privacy built into it and against my idea of decentralization. I voted NO for your tweet when I came across the link on here. Can you come up with an idea that is not centralized and controlling like the one you are proposing.
At first - thank you for pointing the discussion to the proposal. I would like you to go a bit deeper in the scheme frame I am proposing. The person representing the community should be elected for term cadency(2years?), and by voting amongst people that decided to propose their way for the coin to the community. This is our job to make this position as much requiring as it would give self-realizing for the person willing to take up this challenge. As for me - this is not a job to do after hours. Several thousands members of the community need more time. This is serious task and should come with a potential reward. I really am convinced there is no free work. But there is a potential here for the community to accept or not every agreement. Also please stay realistic. We are not that revolutionary as Apple nor Litecoin. There is no place in here for a remarkable icon as Steve Jobs. There is a place for a person that would bring up all the pieces together and represent the community to the outside world. We already had issues about big investor who was willing to help us but never sat to the table because none of devs was officially representing the coin. At last - the voting should decide whose vision is to be implemented. Analysing my proposition you should see that in fact I am against any form of dictatorship and ruling of just one person. The above system is about to give the community the foundations of an advanced form of Network Democracy where the people have control over who represents them and who leads and schedules the main processes.
