I plan vote yes.  Only 3 percent.  Should ask more.  Small improvement - improvement good.

Here should be plan.  This different than Vandar proposal.

1.  Community Fee.  I think larger is better.  Vandar proposal very small.
2.  Overhaul core.  Break free from ZCash.  Need coins.  This pays devs.
3.  Fork again.  Someone testing new ASIC on ZHash.  Make coin easy to switch algos in future.

Actually there was really a problem on the pool, due to a not removed debugging flag in the pool code it also accepted 192,7 and 200,9 solutions as valid solutions for 144,5 - a group of users obviously used that and pointed miners to the pool using the faster algo gaining them coins but not contributing to the pools revenue because they never find blocks and thus stealing from the other users.

It's fixed now and the malicious users have been banned and their accounts locked, btcz was the only pool that debugging flag was enabled.

Sorry for the trouble but it's not the pool that was stealing...

BTW: if someone recognizes lower payout or any other problem, you can always mail me directly and i'll check instantly instead of waiting for a reply..

The problem is the mine-n-dump people. They have ASICs and other equipment they bought on credit card that they need to pay off so they mine-n-dump and BTCz simply does not have the liquidity market to sustain that. A reduction in the number of coins will discourage the mine-n-dumpers. We have 7.2M coins released daily and the entire liquidity of buy orders is less than 1M coins so even if a few just mine-n-dump this coin could lose its market price.

What I am confident about is that this project will be one of the fastest to make a comeback return in the next bull market possibly around December again pr maybe next year who knows.

I'm not sure you are aware of this but the highest BTC volume exchange currently has a buy order of 7.6 Million BTCZ at .00000008  (8 Sats) BTC each.

It has been there for the last few days that I know of.

Wasn't watching before then so I can't cite any facts about anything previous.

The thing that gets me though is BTCZ is averaging $150,000 USD daily volume for a few weeks now which works out to 259 Million BTCZ daily volume.

And the largest "Rich List" wallet has only increased by 40 million in the last 12 days.

So 259,000,000 x 12 days = 3.1 Billion but the largest wallet only gained 40 million?!?!

Maybe it is being traded in a controlled circle. Buy Why? Trades=fees! Someone has to pay the fees.

Word on the street is this large wallet is probably an exchange. So I don't know what to make of it all.

But it IS perplexing to me.
