In my opinion, I don't think that BitcoinZ is profitable for miners at current period.
Any ideas and / or suggestion on the mining approach?
Personally, I mined other coins, then sell them and try to buy cheap BitcoinZ when I have opportunities to do this.

to increase the number of users this will be a good step. of course it is necessary to allocate from the fund of the team but im think there is a sense in this. especially if to allocate to the big ranks which will confirm that they have tested. the amount is small given the price and im think the team can afford such a marketing move.
