If you would had asked this question at the time of crash the ans would be yes and it had almost reached there during crash.But at today's position with whatever recovery bitcoin has done, it is very tough call to make rather impossible one.I agree the prices have come down in last few hours but still coin is holding good position and we will get to see upward spike on the graphs in sometime.

You are right but this what governments want they dont want cryptomarket to take over as we all know all governments fear automation and open ledger because the money laundering is in the system anyways my point is this incident shows the power of WHALE in this market, The Monopoly is going on is not any of us want, ONE SYSTEM ONE VOTE was the motto. If I'm new to bitcoin I would have believe what you said concerning bitcoin dump in price and even if what you said concerning the Binance hacked and Mt Gox was truth. I don't think bitcoin will break below $4,000 price range.

The alleged hacking incident was quickly acted by Binance. They have immediately stop withdrawals and it looks like they have done a tremendous job at reversing the said incident. That's why Binance is the number exchanges the way they show  support and the actions that they have taken to quell it. And its not a hack on Binance per se, it has something to do with the automated bots. Those users who uses this bots have been exploited. So its a isolated incident and not everyone has been affected. My funds are still intact. Well as far as the selling of a Japanese whales of large sum of bitcoin, the only thing I can say is the timing of his dumping, but I guess he needed to liquidate it to pay the debtors or something. But going back to your question, I don't think that we are going to hit $4000, when everything settles down in the next few days and investors realized what causes this dip, I'm sure that they will go back to the ecosystem because this time is a good buying for everyone. I'm seeing another rally and hit $10000 anytime soon.

Alleged binance hack, bitcoin sell of, supply is going up, rumors make people to worry, panic selling is here again, I didn't see that coming. Fud, fud, fud, a lot of it and looks like there is no end of that. I think what ever happen we will be alright, we can even get to that 4000 dollars and what will happen then? Some people will use that situation to buy very cheap bitcoins, just panic sellers will suffer and new people who bought at some top and because of down trend they will sell to fast and lose money. I don't know about that new rally when will it happen and what can trigger that, what I'm sure in is that price will come to 10000 dollars before summer again, now matter how deep it falls.

I don't think it will be $4000, maybe $6000 is next dip if ever. Time to buy when that happens but hopefully bitcoin can recover this mid 2018 so I can take back my losses in altcoins.

I also see it will not happen, because a drop in half price will definitely make cryptocurrency more unstable and will hurt a lot of traders. so that's just an uncertain issue.

Hopefully, that does not happen man, really I'm a newbie here, I just believe this technology. Hopefully, the exchanger more extra to keep their exchange safer. Hacker is smart, they always trying to break the system. Let's pray for the Bitcoin and altcoins price higher than before (18k$)   and it's can reach by this year.

I think this is all wrong information. The news about binance hacking is not true they are just using this to make the people panic and sell their Bitcoin.
