I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

What seriusly 5years the price still same?? that's sucks. i hold many coin and many of them already to moon, like bitcoinwhite, electroneum, aigang, capp and many more but today all my token is dump. but im not worry, i still hold it. For your situation, your strategi is wrong!! You hold wrong coin. if you choose to be token's holder for long time choose major coin like bitcoin, eth, litecoin, dash, and many more

I don't really know those coins. I preferred holding coins that is part of the top 15 list. With a well established project and a functioning team, I can assure that my investment will increase just by mere holding. Anyways, I invest in TRX and ADA and ETH and will probably buy some NEO too!

Holding is not the problem here but the coins you chose to hold for more than a year.

Dont be frustrated and just switch to other coins out there that has good potential and can give you better income like btc, eth, neo, ltc and so much more.

We should try to do holding and trading short tim in the same time because we can combine both two type of trading advantages to make profit.

Holding coin is a choice and you must choose what coin to be hold. If you want to hold coins, I suggest this three coins; Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Waves. If you hold this, I assure you, you won't be regretable in the end. Again, you must choose which good coins to be hold.

In my opinion, your coins do not have a strong fundamental background. In order to keep coins long, you need to choose those coins that have a strong fundamental structure. The team and the marketing campaign are also important.

I think that holding is really overvalued. Only BTC holder is greatly earned because they did buy below 1000 dollars and holding was good for them.
but generally speaking; U need to know taking profit. Holding may cause losing all your gains in a falling market.

Holding utility coins is bullshit because of  most of the utility coins have no utility at all   Most of them are just fund raising programs with no vision or meaningful utility in real world. People buy them in ICO only to sell them in public sale for gain profit.
But holding platform coins and currency coins makes profit. As a example, NEO could be buy around 0.2$ in 2017 and now it is around 100$. 500* profit.

Pretty much yeah unless you plan on holding for like 5 years then selling when it hits a peak. But honestly, you are better off just selling whenever coin or token hits a pump moment and doing so before the dump creates a crash for the coin or token shortly after the pump occurs. I've noticed that when some good news for a project is announced publicly, and the hype surrounding it is very high, you should sell at that moment and then you can always buy back in after the dump and crash occurs. Doing it this way you maximize your profits and put yourself in a strong position to play the market without being tied to any specific project, making you a more powerful player.

if that's the case then sell it and find another coin that is more promising and has a future.

Pretty much my thoughts! There is no need to HODL forever if the token isn't backed by the team which is able to create a new utility. It's just a waste of your money. Get rid of them for whatever price you find reasonable enough

It would not take you that long if you sold them as early as 1 year after observing that price hasn't change. Holding do not always apply to all coins. There are coin for Long term and there coins for day time trading. If you exchanged your coins earliest with promising coins, you are probably enjoying your profits by now.

Holding is depend on the market situation.  If any coin has a lot of FUD going around its not a good idea to hold. It’s always best idea to hold 1 or 2 coins rather so many. I am holding Eth and Neo.
