I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

If you check all the history of the coins you mentioned it's increases its value by almost 100% aside from insane.  Means you gain already  on those coins.
Sometimes that all thing that you try to hold to are good  for you and will give you happiness. If it is  already stressful better to let go and move on. Smiley

I believe holding can be both profitable and neutral or no gain, or could result to losses. And it is largely dependent on the overall qualities of the coins you hold.
In which case, I believe the coins your holding have no proper development plan, hence, no gain over time.
On the other hand, had you been holding coins with impressive dev plan managed by excellent dev team, it will surely grow in time.
Just like NEO, many have gained profits out from it in just a considerably short time.

Holding is basically investing or longterm investment. Yes you might lose soo much if you don't have strong heart hehe, its matter of faith believe is in here. Weak hands is not for investors or longterm investors. Most investors are gifted with patience and willing to wait for a years. Its not bullshit, if you plan for longterm then don't expect it will go up quickly its  slow but profitable  soon.  Look what happen to ethereum, any investors hold for years and now they gain almost thousands percentage today. Just be focus and always study what coin you holding for longterm. Good luck

You are holding a shit coins...that's why you don't earn any profit. Look for coins that has a working product or at least at progress, clear roadmap. So you know exactly about the coins.

You will not earn also if you didn't hold any shit coins all of them will have a value when the bull market started but right we don't have to anything just to stay put, be patient and wait until we are on profit.

Definitely not. Holding is not a shit and it will never be a wrong decision when it come on working in cryptocurrency world. It is one of the best and safe ways to gain profit.

I agree, Holding a coin is like an investment you gain profit if you hold for a ling term goal i'm not agree the said that holding is bullshit. Anyways if you buy bitcoin worth $1000 in year 2013 and you hold it until now you'll become a millioner, and now if you ( for op ) want to hold, make sure you make some research before you hold thatcl coin.

You are holding crap shit coins and you doesn't realise it. Learn more about ICO, read their whitepaper and roadmap, if they have working product or in progress then the coins would have a chance to grow up. If don't forget about thet coin.

holding coins with a long period of time, better to hold big coins
coins like BTC, ETH, LTC have more chances for long-term price increases, than small coins
Small coins usually rise in a short time, and only a few will go up for long term

Hodling is indeed bullshit if you are hodling shitcoins.
Mix up your portfolio based on your risk tolerance. Even the top 20 coins can still provide good returns as they still have active development and community.

Totally  depends on the coins you are holding, if you hold coins with little value then there are high chances that they will not grow, or grow very slowly. Hold the right coins and you will stand more chances of making good returns.`

Holding is bullshit? Probably true in case when hodling shit Grin (no offence)
I would suggest to wait till next BTC price spike and than dump them alt's.
If nothing happened for all those years of holding, its highly unlikely it will change now and you know it.
Dump and put your mind at ease, think about how much time have you had wasted on constant check-ups etc.
Personally I'm also holding some happy-crappy tokens that lost 95% of its value, no doubt I will get to dump them all.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3090962.msg31902765#msg31902765 here is how my wallet looks like.
I am sure he will not take any offence with that because he is actually holding some terrible shit coin. It is one thing to be holding shitcoins and it is another to be holding terrible ones and those ones are more than terrible.

I wonder if he did not do any research on those coins before deciding to hold them in the first place. 3 years and nothing, I am sure no one is trading those coins and he will be lucky to get any trader to sell them to on any exchange and if he can, he should better not waste time before the coins are completely dead.

Why did you choose these coins for hold? Take for example any coin from the top 30 and see how the price has grown over the past few years, even with the account for the correction that is taking place now. You will see that patience brings a huge profit!

Hodling is not bullshit. When we tag it as bullshit is when we don't hodl the right coins. Also don't hodl forever take profits at some point and invest in other projects. For example all coins saw a drastic upward trend sometime last year and right this moment, most of them are on a new low so once in profit, take your profit.

Total market cap reached all time low again and it might look depressing but some interesting news are coming.  According to an exclusive source the manipulation or fall of Bitcoin ends in a week and a half to two be attentive. Japanese have 4 trillion of dollars waiting for the purchase of hoarding large blocks in Bitcoin volume.

Originally you chose coins that do not have prospects for development. You need to keep what is developed and interesting to the public.

Holding is not bullshit, your coins are bullshit, you can't just hold on any coin without having potential and not interesting to people and be expecting profit from such.
I will never deceive you, make a good research and choose
better coins to hold for long term, I'm sure you will be rich from there.

if you want to hold any coins, choose it carefully, coins like BTC, ethereum can be hold for long term. if we see the current market the strategy should be HOLD, because it is gonna take long before market fully recovers

Right, coins from top-10 or even top-20 should be better held for the longer period. Smaller coins are better for short-term trading. Certainly, it all depends on the market situation. when the market is shaking, you can make day trading.
