Coins-e is your only other option. And I personally would not recommend using them. They have a track record of not caring about customers funds and not updating wallets. Leaving the customers to foot the bill

I suppose you work for cryptsy. And sorry for mentioning here about another coin, but, DMC is MIA for months. cryptsy is the only exchange trading it and even lots of people asked cryptsy through support tickets to fix the wallet. Some people offered the solution but there is no answer for months.
Hopefully I sent very few DMC more than a month ago just to test as I know cryptsy, and coins never deposited.

And no I don't know bittrex's nickname.

As for coins-e, I have to say that it was the first time I tried them. Their interface is a mess. It's a bit difficult to find deposits/withdrawals if you don't know. I sent 0.2 btc at night, placed my DEM order, next morning my order was fulfilled and coins were less than a second in my wallet after I confirmed the withdrawal email.

Are you serious?
They have even done the work for you and everything 3 months ago and you didn't even answer. Who doesn't care about customers funds?

I got someone at Cryptsy to run it up to the execs... hopefully we should see some movement on the deposit problem.

I might go with another VPS but I would like to know how nodes work!
I have open ticket with DAMA problem on Cryptsy since 3 Jan 2015. They do nothing to solve it.
I even sent them a full DAMA blockchain and compiled wallets for Win and Linux - still nothing.

The issue with DMC is a lack of nodes for the coin. I see a dedicated node was put up but we were unable to connect to it. You can check for this on the wallet status page

https://www.cryptsy.com/pages/status

I added a few more nodes from the thread we will see if it kicks in

I sent 2 working nodes to some administrator in cryptsy chat (I don't remember if it was Horus) more than a month ago. He promised to forward them to the wallets team and he said they would get them next morning.

Now I confirm deposits are in cryptsy account. It was just a simple thing which took months to be fixed

From Cryptsy tehnical support:

Hello ,

The DEM wallet is still down due to network problem.
We are still waiting for an update from the coin developer and we are unable to view deposits, process withdrawals,
or generate a deposit address. Once wallet is out of maintenance mode, all pending transactions will post in the order
that they are received.

Kindly click the link below  for more  information.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=310939.msg10508272#msg10508272

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we get the wallet back online
and get the coins moving to your account.

@Rausvi

For what understood is that there are two wallet versions available:
- 1.1.0.0 latest update based on old bitcoin database (source and install)
- 1.2.x pre-releases based on a new leveldb (faster, more support for future options) (source only)

Version 1.1.0.0 works alright. Version 1.2.1 seems to have a problem in processing transactions (stalls in certain cases). Not a big problem unless ... your role is pivotal in the eMark network, as is the case with Cryptsy. So problem lies on the eMark side although I get the impression that Cryptsy installed the latest version ignoring the pre-release status. One of the devs acknowledged the problem and indicated to strive for a solution end of this week(end). Fingers crossed for white smoke  ;o))

Maybe more proper and clear communication can prevent such a situation in the future.

@Rausvi

The eMark network is fully operable, but the Cryptsy wallet is seriously affected because it cannot process transactions. So no one is able to deposit or withdraw eMarken at Cryptsy at the moment. I'm not related to one of both parties but I assume the dev team and Cryptsy administrator have an open line and matters will be resolved in a couple of days from now.

Is this coin dead? A problem like this shouldn't take so long to fix.
