I will definitely support the voting on cryptopia.
I think 1,5 million dot votes or so should be enough to become DOT vote winner.
On the other hand with 5 million votes it will be added immediately.
I think we should all collect some cheap dots over the next 2 weeks or so and than throw it in the voting all at once.
Every one should post how much he is willing to throw in, so we can see if it'll be enough and we should of course fix a date for this.

As far as I'm concerned, I'll buy a few votes (200K DOT ?).

I think anyone can send as much DOT as he likes - no restrictions as to the amount or how many transactions one can make.

Cryptopia provides an address for each coin and the sum accumulated to this address within the week is what counts. I noticed week resets on Monday, so when we'll decide to get on board, we'll have till Sunday night to send the coins.

And wosch76 is right: with 5 million coins you get added immediately, however the coin with most DOT votes (could be significantly less than 5M) gets added each week.

Let's accumulate what we can and wait for the moderator's review.

we should be careful with that. I sended some dots to vote for another coin and it needed more than 24 hours or it felt like.
It would be better to send the DOTs on Saturday or at least check with some small amounts how long it takes till the votes appear.

btw I can throw in 100K DOTs.

I withdrew 20 DOTs to the Voting adress right now just for testing.

you are right, we should be careful
It seems ANC will win the votes contest...
and DOT votes are extremely low, unless everyone is holding back

I have 30k from mining so far, I will definitely have 70-80k till Saturday, depending on my rigs, if they'll get a lot of rents or not
plus I can always exchange for more
Let's see how this develops and we will throw in an amount accordingly

my main problem is that net's hashrate is 87-88TH
and if it's going to take me 2.5 hours to solve a block, I better solo mine it and keep the 50 DEM myself

ispace has 1.7TH (including me)
hamsterpool has 2TH (me)
gcpool is another 1.6TH (not me)
miner-control.de has 5TH - never tried it, I don't like the wallet address as a username
coinz.at has 4TH but I can't login and they don't respond to my emails
and suprnova has something like 5GH

where are the rest? solo mining?

trying both pools now, the one above and http://gcpool.ddns.net/dem/public suggested by glen123
I am using an S3+ on each to see differences, % of invalid shares etc

the issue remains though, all pools I can find have about the same hashrate and we have no idea where the vast majority of net's hashrate comes from.

I will check block explorer in case it includes a hint
