By the way, this coin (as any crypto) really needs a FIAT exchange

I have a running Exchange Software since Dez/2013 based on bitcoin-central.net. You can change DEM/EUR/BTC. But it is not possible to bring a Crypto exchange online in Germany. Also, nobody from us want take the risk of official state hackers or long arm of the law...

The only chance is you use www.crown-ex.com. Its headquartered in the Czech Republic. But there is very low DEM turnover. (it this the right word???)

I believe the right term is "volume"
referring to volume of transactions

Anyway..... I believe this coin has great potential but very few people took it seriously. And the real damage is done by the lack of an exchange that actually works and is trustworthy. I don't understand why DEM was abandoned so much. And I am amazed it has survived for so long under these circumstances. This must mean something.

Listen, Cryptopia is the first step, eMark needs to be listed somewhere in order for people to take it seriously. If you are committed to this coin and you are willing to put a serious amount of effort, eMark can be listed on other exchanges too. But right now it needs to hang on to somewhere.

It's nice to have some dev feedback.

Indeed, at least one step needs to be done, as Cryptopia one.

And, as said, it's valuable that DEM has kept its "value" despite having been "abandoned"..

Well, it seems there are four coins that are getting listed on Cryptopia this week:

LiteDoge got over 5M DOT votes and is already listed
Nautilus just reached 5M DOT votes too, so it will be listed immediately as well
This was in favor of Pandacoin which is now first with 1423266 DOT votes and
O2O coin is first in user votes with 221 votes

This is actually good for eMark, because now it is easier to be first in user votes next week!

tried out coins-e.com, made a DEM wallet but unfortunately they won´t let me create a new deposit address so this is not going to be my exchange  Shocked

Coins-e has serious issues with coins lost, deposits getting stuck forever, markets and wallets getting locked down for months "for maintenance" and so on.....
They provide no support at all
Consider yourself warned

make an address and keep your DOTs, they might not be needed
I am mining for the past 10 days, I have over 250k

if we can't get eMark to be first in user votes, then we will use the DOTs, as many as needed

No, it takes some time to confirm

last time we tried, it needed around 8-10 hours to show up

Just don't send more yet, if eMark gets listed based on the user votes, then we could be sending DOTs for no reason
we will decide that at the end of the week

shacoin is cheating. They create multiple accounts and vote. He said he doesn't do it, but I don't believe him.

I can create 100+ accounts with different ip, password, browser and os.
and win the game in a short time.
But I will not do that. Because we still need real community support, or we will not have real volume.
of course, create 1-2 accounts is normal like everyone. Smiley
