i personally still think NEO can have a chance to become top altcoins in the future although it is not been used more often than other altcoins, as theorically, NEO is more advanced than ETH, but it can not be compared with ETH about the popularity, while ETH's platform is used in most of altcoins recently, that is why i guess it needs more time to accept NEO as our main altcoins in order to replace ETH in the future.
