I think neo is better investment for long term it will give GAS for holding NEO but for 150$ it will be very less . In other part ADA is having great team and awesome solution even involved one of the ethereum founder but only thing is that its having huge supply.

I think NEO could become a 4 digit investment before 2019 is over. I think the last bullrun will be considerably smaller than the next one, 1.3 trillion will be the next ATH, which could take neo up to 600$, and over 1000$ after that (if my TA is correct).

Of course neo is still worth investing right now but if you have to choice between ada and neo, i like ada better for that amount of money. Ada has more growth potential than neo  in my opinion because their platform isn't live yet and their marketcap already this big so if they can launch their platform without problem then the growth will be great.
