NEO and ADA both coins are good but in my views NEO is more potential coin instead of ADA. It can gives you more profit if you can invest in NEO and hold it for long term. I think Neo is still worthy to invest in.

Your capital is extremely low and i would advise you to invest in ADA because currently ADA project is undervalued and if you hold it for coming 2-3 years then ADA project will be fully matured and its price will lie at moon.Imagine if you have good quantity of ADA then how much profit would have at that time.ADA is based on improvements of bugs issued found in ETH.

NEO and ADA are pretty good Altcoin but not strong enough to be an investment. Even if you make Neo a long-term investment, I think NEO will not change much. Still lost compared to ETH, let alone Bitcoin.
