If you ask me if will say neo is always a good investment.For now many ico comes in neo platform and most of them are good and more ico gonna be .Neo is the most used platform using right now on a big scale after eth.As a coin neo also have some good fetures like no txn fees high transaction per minute .As a platform neo is better than eth.
