Cryptocurrencies have already changed the world over the past few years. Bitspace is here to join the economy revolution with it´s decentralised cryptocurrency ecosystem. A highly profitable, global cryptocurrency ecosystem that doesn’t rely on banks or financial institutions. The BitSpace team intends to implement the extended functionality of Bitspace Ecosystem by incorporating such applications as BSX miner program, BSX Exchange, BSX bank and BSX Platform for renting and leasing rigs + Algorithm convertor. Implementation of those products seeks to expand the coin’s sphere of circulation, thus driving demand for it. BSX is a decentralized digital currency that enables instant payments to anyone, anywhere in the world. BSX uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority, Bitspace´s blockchain also summarizes the best characteristics of digital currencies, which were issued earlier (Bitcoin, Peercoin), such as: increased security, fast consensus mechanism, and increased decentralization achieved by requiring miners to prove the knowledge of the transaction data. By adopting the Hybrid PoW+PoS censuses mechanism, BitSpace can maximise user engagement, benefiting both parties. BSX holders and miners can participate in decision making by mining and voting.
Distribution
Bitspace is a POW/POS hybrid POW and POS starts from 1st block. POW block reward is constant 100 BSX per block until block 120 000. From Block 120 001 - 200 000 POW block reward is constant 50 BSX POS is 5% annually. POW mining phase will end at block 200 000. After POW ends. Bitspace will be auto switched to pure POS. Actual rich list BSX POW Algorithm is Nist5Nist5 hashing algorithm uses a combination of algorithms like BLAKE, Groestl, JH, Keccak/SHA-3, and Skein. High-Security + Energy-Efficient BSX is only GPU mineable. No asics.

It is still new coin. Only 3 weeks old. New markets will bring more holders. Also BSX is only GPU mineable, which is awesome. Cryptobridge is 10x biger than Graviex. Will keep an eye on this.

I think security deficits have occurred recently due to the volatile market. security should be more important. it says that this project has a global encryption ecosystem. I was wondering if BSX could use a different algorithm. good luck.

I have 3 connections so far.

Yes it is normal. We didn´t changed number of version in wallet. Not big deal. Source is same. Only hardcoded main nodes changed. If you downloaded latest wallet. You are fine.

Should be 1 day, but took a bit longer for me. I believe my coins started staking at about the 48 hour mark.

How much total coins after POW ends?
It`s easy to calculate. 450010x100= 45.001.000 coins, after that pos 10% early, we don`t have big emission after pow end and big inflation too

Sounds good. Running with one rx580 few days and have around 350 BSX. I hope diff. will drop a bit

I have more than 50 coins wallets and they are ok. I know how to add nodes, know how to do it from console or by editing .conf file. I work with Pcs all my life and still know how to work with DOS. And now you, young troll tell me I'm not smart enough. How old are you, boy?

It`s not asic algo, why need investing in asic if you have gpu with many different algo ? Asics very fast can kill any coin. Asics evil -)

I like the name and logo of the currency. The devs are active and that is a very large qualified looking team. I hope to see this on the top 10 one day. Gonna start mining now.

go to C:\Users\"yoursuer"\AppData\Roaming\bitspace and left there only wallet.dat file. (erase all others files in the folder) and run wallet again. (let ir run at least 30 min to full re-synch)

Bitspace is a clean and friendly coin, it does not need masternodes and works well. This is fair to everyone.

for people confused by pos or concerned by pos payments being low, lets say you have 1000 coins 1000 coins at 10% per year = 100 coins per year 100/365 = 0.27397260 coins per day, there are 365 days in a year this will fluctuate a bit due to fees and time as you wont stake every 24 hours on the dot but it'll give a rough idea and hopefully peace of mind to some LOL with 2 k staking only got 1 stake coin lol in 2 days
Hope next time get more.

I asked the people who run Crypto-bridge on their Discord channel, they said the devs had paid for the listing, but they don't give the exact when they will list BSX on their exchange, they don't give this information to the public, but hey at least we know the devs paid for the listing. POW will end at block 450010, so whether you believe in BSX or being impatient, so watch out for it. Remember Bitcoin in the early day.

I followed the dev's suggestion for the new wallet, delete everything except wallet.dat (your private key is there) in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\bitspace, download a new version of wallet, it will sync if you let the wallet run for about an hour, i have 6 connections so far. Make sure your wallet is not encrypted, if it does please put back your passphases in to unlock the wallet for staking. To stake, coins need to be mature in 24h circle before it stakes again.

I think these investments would be more reasonable for everyone.

Since the market has gone to crap I have been closely watching ANNs and mining everything even remotely interesting... I have to say that this project is the first one to get me really excited. Seems to have all the pieces of a legit UNIQUE coin. ( Im making a video for my channel on this puppy )

Damn always late lol im using version 1.0.0.0.Ok going to update to the new one, thank you mate. Hmmm new version is the same 1.0.0.0, at least it shows 1.0.0.0 and not 1.0.12, so my wallet was updated anyway. New wallet can't sync too. Just relax and switch to another coin

New wallets will be released soon. (in few days)
We are preparing to hard fork BSX. Hard fork will be at block 120 000. POW block reward will be reduced to 50 BSX per block (-50% in POW rewards). POS reward will be higher at 50% intererest per year (POS will be increased x5 ).
POW will end at block 450 010. (after this block BSX will be pure POS coin) POS 50% will last until block 1 000 000. From block 1 000 001 POS will switched to be 10% interest per year forever.
Source and new wallets are ready. We are in testing phase. After few days of testing. New wallets will be available.

Whitepaper is in OP + BSX website since launch. This coin looks like a safe place when all major coins like btc and ether are crashing.

I am curious about the hardfork. What will happen to my existing coins? I am backing this coin and the miner count seems very low. SO much potential and the new exchange will help spread the name I hope.

Bitspace [BSX] About Cryptocurrencies have already changed the world over the past few years. Distribution Bitspace is a POW/POS hybrid POW and POS starts from 1st block. POW block reward is constant 100 BSX per block until block 120 000. From Block 120 001 - 450 010 POW block reward is constant 50 BSX POS interest is 10% early up to block 120 000 From block 120 001 to block 1 000 000 POS 50% interest. After block 1 000 001 POS 10% forever. POW mining phase will end at block 450 010. (10 months) After POW ends. No asics. OP changed a lot since launch. Will there be more rewards in the future for BSX? I would like to earn some more.

We updated Bitspace source few days ago. (posted few days ago on Discord) https://github.com/Bitspacedev/BitSpace/releasesLatest release version is 1.1 Make sure you are running on last version. WindowsLinuxIn new source there is hardcoded change for POW + POS block rewards. The change occurs at block 120,000 . (10 days from now) Changes in coin specs: POW Miner reward: Before block 120 000 = 100 BSX From block 120 001 to 450 010 = 50 BSX
From block 450 010 BSX will be pure POSPOS reward: Before block 120 000 = POS 10% interest per year From block 120 001- 1 000 000 = POS 50% interest per year
After block 1 000 001 = POS 10% interest per year

Nope. You can open wallet after many weeks/moths . You will always recieve equal POS reward based on your coinage.

Around 20 millions (guess number, 50% of blocks are from POS), POW ends at block 450 010.

After block 1 000 001 BSX will be auto switched to reaward POS 10% interest per year forever. First year = 25 M (up to block 1 000 000) Second year = 27.5 M (+10%) Third year = 30.25 M (+10%) etc....(with every new year + 10% coins) (We will update OP about max supply)

If you are so inclined, can you explain how this wont affect value since there seems to be a never ending amount? I mean, it's a unique way of doing it and I like the idea ( big fan of 10% POS ) ... but I just worry about the fact that it will grow by 10% every year... I know it will be diminishing as people spend and dont stake. Hmmmm... breaks my brain just trying to understand the implications.

You will not be able to mine with GPU miners anymore. (inflation will fall from 10.000% to 10% only) New coins will be generated only via staking. Only holders will be able to generate new coins. This situation will bring uptrend in value. You will see.

Check blockexplorer for proper research. All is fine. Last POW block was generated 1 minute ago. (block 109993)

3-4 days. POW reward will drop -50%. POS reward will go up x5.

We are at 110k block, almost there! And uh the difficulty shot up with less miners? Is there a big pool out there im unaware of besides hash4life that made the diff go so high? mining payouts are not so sexy anymore versus the same price the coin has stayed at 0.000000529ish.

There are few more addresses which took part of a mining reward. You can check that in explorer. Hash4life has approximate average 30% share for last 20k blocks.

How's about holding your coins instead of selling for 50 sats? Duh

good morning I have 9400 bitspace, I would like to know what to do for the pos, I left running the wallet on windows, I have unlocked the wallet, then what else should I do? Is that enough, or do I have to do anything else? I ask for this information because it's been a week since I've opened and unlocked the wallet, but I did not get anything, I did not get any reward. Maybe I misunderstood? Or did I make any mistakes?

Rules for POS are simple: To recieve POS reward your wallet have to synchonized and unlocked. Coins must be older 24 hours (min. stake age). (Also make sure you are running on latest windows wallet (version 1.1) Is your wallet synched?

Try to delete everything except wallet.dat in your C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\bitspace .....then run the new wallet again. (make sure you run on latest windows wallet version 1.1) (latest wallet is in OP + website + github ) Also make sure your firewall makes exception with Bitspace wallet.

Just read from Stipends website how to 'optimize' your staking by splitting your coins ... instead of 1000 in one address, if you use coin control features then send yourself ( to a newly made address ) 500 coins... you would get more chances for staking. Are you guys cool with this? Does this sound like it would work and is it legit?

It is true. You can use coin control feature to affect the frequency of your POS rewards. You will not be able to earn more coins . But you will be able to hit POS blocks more often. (more frequent reward based on your coin age) Where to enable '' coin control features '' in wallet: In wallet click at ''Settings'' and then at ''Options''. Once in options menu click at ''Display'' tab. To use Coin control feature click on ''Send coins'' (tab) and after it on inputs. In case of BSX best option is minimal 1000 coins as one input to reach more POS blocks. You can check at BSX block explorer ''extraction'' section. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/#!extractionUse Coin control very carefully. If you have no experience with this feature. I advice you to check few youtube videos about coin control.

HUGE THANKS FOR EXPLAINING THAT!!! Crap, should have asked you first... I split my 1000 in two and paid a fee ( of basically nothing though ) but now have 2 500's that are not mature.
I don't quite understand what you mean by 'not being able to earn more coins' but 'will be able to hit POS blocks more often' ...
I'm guessing this means that we have a great chance of hitting a POS block thus getting those coins in our wallet faster for faster maturity ... which I assume could lead to more coins over a long term...?

your 2 500's will likely join at some point, pos coins do that split/join on minting depending on the rules of the coin. what we need is a setstakesplitthreshold function so we can set our split size to what we like, saves micromanaging inputs. Elite has it and it works like a charm

You are actually right. More frequent POS rewards are better in long term. It sounds logical. With small inputs around 1000 BSX you will hit more POS blocks with smaller rewards. But in the end you will be able to put new POS rewards faster back to stake. Thank you for your point of view! This POS strategy sounds like most efective so far.

Wallet doesn´t have to be open 24/7. Your weight (reward) grow with time. On the other hand ... staking 24/7 is the most effective strategy in longterm. (to get more coins)

Yes. It seems it´s true. Asics can now mine NIST5 (Baikal BK-X).
Last 600 blocks to block 120 000. POW reward will be lowered to 50 BSX per block . POS reward will be 50% interest per year (x5 from now).
Now when asics are comming. We are considering that we will accelerate BSX transition to the full POS before block 450 010.

What do you run around posting from topic to topic spitting out non-sensical replies? Also if you don't believe in the project anymore quit the FUD and go away. fork it +1 Yes. There will be another fork soon. We will end POW mining at block 200 000. Since there will be no POW distribution anymore. We will also extend POS interest a bit higher and distribution will continue only via proof-of-stake protocols. BSX will be soon pure POS.

BSX will fork because asic dominance... or will stay the same nist5 algoritm?
fork it +1 Yes. There will be another fork soon. We will end POW mining at block 200 000. Since there will be no POW distribution anymore. We will also extend POS interest a bit higher and distribution will continue only via proof-of-stake protocols. BSX will be soon pure POS. Please reduce the POS interest per year to have less supply to stop inflation in the future. +1 for this subject also less supply more demand I told them to either have a total supply or reduce POS interest per year to have less supply, like you said "Less supply more demand", but they did not listen. This is not true, that "Less supply = more demand" I know a coin which is very hot right now just because it have 50% interest and have a circulating supply of 25 billions, why, just because almost all the POS coins out there have 5-10% which is good for inflation but doesn't attract investors because is not worth staking. You'll say "yes but if more coins will be produced the more coins people will sell" again you are wrong because people are greedy and the more they have and more they stake, the more they want to have, to get even more. If you'll change the POS to let's say 5% people and the coin is pure POS than people will loose interest as I saw in others projects and they was forced to introduce masternodes to make people happy which will lead to the same infaltion you are talking about with higher costs (more coding, more money to exchanges as you'll need a new chain, etc..). Just my 2 cents! P.S. Exactly the 50% interest made me buy some BSX as I invest only in POS coins with 25%+ interest and never fail to make very nice profits. You'll say "Aha, you are greedy too" no, I just bet on the greedy nature of the people involved in crypto. I don't even stake the coins I buy and I just hold them until I make at least 10x profit which in this case BSX will need to reach around 400 sats.

There's an optimal value for supply of the coins, somewhere in between too big or too low. It's not simply the lower the better.

I think is something wrong with the code. I've stacked 50K coins for 3 days and I got only 4 BSX stacking 3 times which is far away from the 50%, this is something like 1% APR instead of 50%.

yea they've known for a while pos is bugged, I informed them a few weeks ago and I was told the 50% fork would fix it though from the code it was obvious it wouldn't. they are working on it now apparently, its either a case of stake at the pitiful rewards or hoard weight I'm afraid mate.

Yes, we working on it. To get 50% POS interest . Small inputs works fine (1000 BSX and less). The issue is with big inputs. We are fixing it now and running few tests under testnet. Soon there will be new source. There will be new hardfork at block 200 000. POW willl end. POS will be fixed + switched to 200% interest per year. At block 200 000. At the end of POW there will be 13 M BSX in existence. 200% interest will last until block 1 000 000. After 1M blocks BSX will be autoswitched to 10% interest per year forever. We decided to end POW and move further distribution into POS. Also good news for those who are not at Discord. BSX cryptocurrency exchange will be launched until end of this month. Exchange itself will need some time to grow. BSX will be used as a primary payment. Vote list for adding new coins will be created and voting will go via BSX.

After POW ends, POS will take over, and there will be around 13 to 15 millions of Bitspace at that point.

If so, you should tell the developers may be they will change their mind to switch algo, there is still time and they are welcome any suggestion from the community. Kinda confused either would do the job but hammz said optimal (optional i guess was a typo) input 1000 whether that means over 1000 is ok is another matter depending where the bug kicks in so you might be better off doing chunks of under 1000 like 950 or something

New source is ready. We are compiling new wallets now. Need another 2-3 days for proper testing. After it another one day for updating nodes. In around 4-5 days new wallets should be available.
There will be no percentage interest per year focused on the number of coins in stake. Bitspace POS will use annual percentage rate vs coin age system. Coin age will be what is important (Number of coins will help you to hit more blocks faster, not to earn higher rewards) It will be more democratic POS system + network will be more secured + stable.
POW+POS now generates ~ 64 k new BSX coins per day Once POW will end at block 200 000. BSX will be pure POS coin POS will generate ~ 10-40K new BSX coins per day. (reward will depend on coin age..not on number of coins) The averaged value in the block will be ~20 BSXper block. (in range ~1-50)

You obviously deleted your wallet.dat in C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Roaming\bitspace that contained your private key, use a file recovery software to retrieve your wallet.dat

You obviously deleted your wallet.dat in C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Roaming\bitspace that contained your private key, use a file recovery software to retrieve your wallet.dat Hope you did not delete your wallet.dat. Instructions were pretty clear. (check your ''recycle bin'' to recover if needed) Always make a backup of this file. All your private keys are stored in there (your coins). You will restore your coins by importing your original wallet.dat into folder C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Roaming\bitspace.

I have found the Problem, the Wallet is not Running with me VPN, what can i do? If you have trouble with syncing, simply delete all data in folder bitspace (except wallet.dat) C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Roaming\bitspace.... and run the latest wallet again and wait for re-sync. https://github.com/Bitspacedev/BitSpace/releases/download/1.2.0.0/bitspace-qt_1.2.0.0.exeIf still not syncing, put this peers.dat in the bitspace folder https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/417765106475073536/441208436835876867/peers.dat

Now only 18 000 blocks. Can´t wait for 1000% annualy POS. Once full POS. Mining costs will be shifted to the stock market and bsx will be much more interesting.

Do not forgot to vote for BSX. Help us to expand free votes Voted! That's a least i can do to help Bitspace. Also voted! Quantadex has a lot of votes. So far i had staked a total of 9741 BSX, so if i exchange that amount at the rate of 40 sats each, i would have earned a total of 0.0048705 btc = $44.51 as of now. Nice passive income just from staking, right? Bitspace is an alt-coin but it works, now imagine Bitspace go full POS at the interest rate of 1000% per year until block 1 000 000, moon time? Bought a game with my BSX profits.

There is no interest based on number of coins in reward function. Coin age is important (number of coins will help you to hit more blocks faster, not to earn higher rewards). Example. If you will have 1 input = 100 000 BSX. You can hit only one block per day....means only one reward. But if you will split your 100 000 into 100x 1000 (100 inputs). You can easily hit 100 blocks per day . (reward per block in not reflected by number of coins....only coin age matters)

Big input will not help you to hit bigger reward. It's rather the opposite. Small inputs rulez. (more democratic) Since last hardfork we completely migrated to POS minting system. (POS 50% Annually...soon (at block 200K) 1000% Annually) (!!!!not 50% or 1000% Interest per year anymore!!!!) Split your coins into smaller imputs and start to stake from tomorow 24/7. Do it and give us a report after 48 hours. You will see. Also in few days...after block 200 000 POS rewards per block will be 20x higher than now.

Not to mention it is automatically divided for me every time i hit a block, so i don't have to do that manually which is nice.

Only 10000 blocks left for full POS. I recommend you all download the latest wallet 1.2 version https://github.com/Bitspacedev/BitSpace/releases/download/1.2.0.0/bitspace-qt_1.2.0.0.exeDon't bother with old wallets, they will not work and staking will not be accepted by current chain. Don't forget to this important step too, delete all data in folder bitspace (except wallet.dat) C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Roaming\bitspace.... and run the latest wallet again and wait for re-sync.

We have this formula in POS reward CoinAge * RewardCoinYear / 365 / COIN Big inputs will not help you to get higher reward. (reward per block in not reflected by number of coins....only coin age matters) if the amount of coins wont help you increase your rewards but smaller blocks will then you wont really achieve the stated amounts percentage wise and these APR's should be removed from the title and coin info pages. What does COIN refer to in that function if not the amount of coins staked? if you can't get pos to work at the APR you'd like with large inputs why not just implement a static block reward instead?

I believe you did not follow anything at all, they changed how staking works in this latest fork, large amount of coins you have in total will hit POS blocks faster, while multiple small inputs for one address at around 1000 BSX each give you exact % interest per year aka better rewards. There is nothing for you to remove, devs. Nothing's wrong, don't listen to trolls.

Amount of coins is reflected at function stake weight . High stake weight will help you to get POS block rewards more often . We do not state that POS reward is 50% interest per year.... We state that POS reward is 50% annually.(since last fork)(and will be 1000% annually in 4 days, after block 200 000) Our POS reward system is very similar to static block reward, there are only two differences. First, we have radius (%) instead of static (function)....it will lead to lower total supply at the end of high staking rewards. second one... smaller inputs are in advantage ...higher reward is for those who stake at optimal levels for best network performance... There is nothing to change in here. These rules will remain unchanged in the longrun.

Hi guys! I would like to mine this coin (just to understand the basis of mining, in fact i would use the intel i5 of the computer i use at work).
I was wondering if the mining phase is already ended or not? And if there are a tutorial or something that explain how to mine with an intel processor (i dont find any tutorial about mining bsx online).
Thank you very much.

Only 8000 blocks left, the mining phase will end, only GPUs (graphic cards) can mine this coin not CPUs.

The Ultimate Guide To Stake Bitspace (BSX) Better in Proof of Stake (POS) The mining phase is now over for Bitspace (BSX), from now on Bitspace (BSX) will go full POS, so i would like to throw in a simple guide how to get better rewards in POS and how the last fork changed the way of staking for Bitspace (BSX). A few things to remember:
- Always make a backup of your "wallet.dat". In the wallet, you can do this by clicking on File - Backup Wallet
- Old versions of wallets will not work and staking will not be accepted by the current Bitspace's blockchain.
- This guide is for those people who have a large amount of coins in their wallet, with those people who have less than 1000 coins in their wallet, I recommend you use Coin Control to combine every inputs that you have into one single input to hit POS blocks faster.
- If you move your coins around, you will lose your current coinages aka weights and you have to wait at least 24h for them to build up.
- The block chain is variable, you won't get what you expect to get in your calculation for one day (expect vs reality).
- In the latest fork, big inputs don't get many POS blocks as small inputs do because the developers want to make a better POS system + network will be more secure + stable. You can leave the big inputs there without splitting them manually, those big inputs will automatically convert into small inputs every time they hit a POS block anyway, scroll all the way down to see how they changed in the last screenshot.Make sure you are on the latest wallet version 1.2 in the 1st page https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3160161 and perform re-sync for the latest wallet. If you already did then move on to next step. How to perform re-sync for latest wallet? Delete all data in folder bitspace (EXCEPT wallet.dat, this file contains your private key aka your coins) C:\Users\youruser\AppData\Roaming\bitspace.... and run the latest wallet again and wait for re-sync. How to divide large inputs into small inputs to get better POS rewards with "Coin Control" feature? Unlock the wallet first if you had encrypted your wallet before. Go to Settings - Options - Display to enable the "Coin Control" feature. Then click on "Send Coins", you will see the "Coin Control" feature there. Tick the small box of big inputs to start spreading into small inputs like in the screenshot. Get your BSX address in "Receive Coins", get the one that you would like to hold the total of your coins. I recommend you to wait for that big input changed to have at least 1 confirmation and start to send another 1000 again to avoid making non-existence unconfirmed coins in your wallet (if you made this mistake, restore a backup wallet.dat as older one than now, you can replace it with the current one, then restart wallet, you can see it clear, the coins that you have in total are safe). What? You thought you just found a glitch that can give you more coins in the wallet? LOL? Bitspace wallet has a tight security for double spending, baby. Use "Coin Control" feature to split coins faster but require a bit of knowledge. Alternative, you can send all your coins to BSX web wallet or second computer to divide coins there but do not use exchanges for this, they charge a high fee for withdrawals. The best input size is 1000 as seen in https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/#!extraction (scroll all the way down). Why do I need to split my big ugly inputs into pretty small inputs? Do i need to bother with that little work? The answer is do you want to get POS blocks faster and better POS rewards? So did they fix the big inputs for staking? The answer is YES, there is also a new change for big inputs, since big inputs don't get POS blocks frequently like small inputs do, whenever your big inputs hit a POS block, your big inputs will automatically divide into small inputs like in the screenshot below. Why did they auto convert into small inputs like that? The answer is to get more POS blocks frequently and better POS rewards. Why did I make a guide for this if they are automatic? The answer is to help you get POS rewards faster without waiting since we can control our coins. Example:
- A input of 10000 only get 1 POS block a day = 1 BSX each block (guessing reward number not accurate), so that big input just hit a block now it will be divided in half until it divides all 10000 into small inputs. - 10 inputs around 1000 each get you 10 POS blocks a day = 1 BSX each block = 10 BSX in total (guessing reward number not accurate)
The more small inputs of 1000 coins per input that you have the more you hit POS blocks faster and give you better POS rewards from the interest rate. There is no minimum number of coins for staking and no masternodes, you can begin to stake with just 1 BSX, 24h is the minimum to stake. Will Bitspace (BSX) make me rich? The answer is YES, you will, in a long term, below is a quote from an experienced crypto fellow "gawlea", all thanks to him.
So what is the total supply of Bitspace (BSX)? Unlimited supply, at block 1,000,000, POS change back to 10% interest per year for to reduce circulating supply, check the current circulating supply on BSX blockchain https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/Remember, this is a Proof of Stake (POS) coin. Since the mining phase ends we need POS to keep the blockchain alive. Is Bitspace (BSX) a shitcoin like the others? Why do i care to invest? Why not just invest in Bitcoin itself? The answer is WRONG, Bitspace (BSX) actually support Bitcoin not just a standalone coin that against Bitcoin. Example:
If I invest 1 BTC in Bitspace (BSX), I then transfer my BSX coins off exchanges to my personal wallet, I let my BSX coins stake enough to get back my original investment which is 1 BTC, guess what after that? I continue to stake more BSX coins that i can sell to have more Bitcoins, so basically Bitspace (BSX) made me more Bitcoins from its staking feature.Happy earning passive Bitcoin income with Bitspace!

i just done this now it wont stake cause coins arent mature? Once you move your coins. You have to wait again 24 hours. (min. stake age) ...
We have this formula in POS reward CoinAge * RewardCoinYear / 365 / COIN Big inputs will not help you to get higher reward. Thanks for the clarification dev! I wanna ask, what is the best input amount to stake, is the 1000 BSX in your earlier example the best amount or is not such as "the best amount". Thnaks, G Best input amount to stake is not set (it is a variable value). All depends on actual POS stake weight situation . ( Whole network stake weight.) Now it is around 1500 BSX. We will see how the situation will look after block 200k. The most effective method is to keep your inputs at such value where you can hit POS blocks as often as possible. Ideal situation for biggest POS reward + in the shortest time is ,when this input is as close as possible to the average (average when viewed from the whole blockchain net)( + the shortest coin age) (check ''Stake Input Size chart'' ) ( https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/#!extraction ) Looks interesting at exchanges. Only 172 000 BSX in total are at markets for sale.
How long until end of POW?
2500 blocks left, POW will end. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/True. Last 24 hours of POW phase. A hunt for a high POS rewards will begin soon. BTW thank you for awesome "Coin control guide'' .

Yes, BSX exchange is coming up soon. All our resources are now focused mainly on the BSX exchange. To be honest signature bounty is not completely ready, yet. (It's just a detail that's going to happen quickly, once exchange is ready to go) LAST 2239 POW blocks. (~20 hours) ( https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/)

Summary after block 200 000
Transition to full POS went smooth.
POW is over. As expected. (Asics are gone) We also noticed that POS is not 1000% anually as it shoud be. According to the latest data from the block explorer POS is still 50% annually. (max 2.5 bsx per block)
We need some time to decide how to proceed further. (inflation will now be minimal..only around new 2000 - 4000 BSX will be generated every day)

(inflation will now be minimal..only around new 2000 - 4000 BSX will be generated every day) Let it like it is, 50% annually is a good percentage, maybe in the future you can lower the % but for now is OK 50%. There are already 13 M coins in circulation. With 1000% will be too much inflation. My 2 cents.

Summary after block 200 000
Transition to full POS went smooth.

Have you roadmap or not? 50% or 1000%? Or about 160% if "Approximately ~ 34 000 000 coins after 1 year." What kind of maths do you use? Good luck!

They are just guess numbers, not accurate, don't make a big deal from guess numbers. The supply of this coin is unlimited, the end, the only different is until block 1 000 000, POS change back to 10% interest per year to reduce circulating supply. Had the circulating supply reached 13,000,000 BSX even the POW had ended? https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/

We've been thinking a lot about our current sitation.
We investigated and decided to stay with actual specs. (no new hardfork)
POS 50% annually will stay.
BitSpace will stay at actual circulating supply 13,000,000 BSX.

That's a good idea to against the inflation of our coin, but some people will be disappointed for not getting 1000% POS as promised. Will they continue to stay with Bitspace or not? I don't know, you can clearly see the prices on exchanges had been dropped significantly, it was somehow around 100 sats per BSX coin, this proves that they'd like to have bigger POS interest rate. You should make a vote for the community instead of listening to some random guys. I have a good idea, fix to have 1000% POS until block 500 000, then reduce to 50% POS until block 1 000 000, and switch back to 10% POS. I want to have bigger POS reward, so i can do more giveaways, some people don't have money but would like to get free coins, and this is how you bring new people into Bitspace rather just holding and staking for yourselves.

Hi,
I send 2565.57 BSX from crypto-bridge to graviex a week ago. But didn't recieved. I have searched from block explorer and found my transaction then I talked with Graviex and BSX discord support. Graviex said me to talk with BSX support and BSX support said to talk with Graviex. Now.. What should i do? Who should solve my problem? This is my transaction detail.

There was a lot of stress with Hardforks. It has always brought a lot of problems. We decided to continue under actual specs. Low inflation model. According to our POS reward system. There are only ~ 1600 new BSX coins generated every day. It is actually (4-5% annually in total).(~584 000 new bsx coins per year) Our POS system is variable. Small inputs are in advantage. If you split your coins into smaller inputs (optimum around 1000 bsx ). Every 1000 input can earn ~1.5- BSX per day. (50% annually) Approximately 13 584 000 coins in 1 year. Approximately 14,168,000 coins in 2 years. Approximately 14,752,000 coins in 3 years. Approximately 15,336,000 coins in 4 years. Approximately 15,920,000 coins in 5 years.

So what is the total supply of Bitspace (BSX)? Unlimited supply, at block 1,000,000, POS change back to 10% interest per year to reduce circulating supply, check the current circulating supply on BSX blockchain https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bsx/Remember, this is a Proof of Stake (POS) coin.
The future is now...ummm BSX has been on Cryptobridge for a while already. Just need to see some progress on the coin front. Really liked the 50% POS idea, too bad. No small investor will come in for only 5%.

I'm staking 94.5K BSX since May 09, using the 1K BSX inputs and I have staked ~950 coins so far. This means we far away from the stated 50% interest even with the 1K input trick, is more likely 10% APR. You can check my wallet here: BFmkGFJeUpHG2kjCz8xQM1RbjLKK4heghM

Split your coins is just a easy way to hit more POS blocks. Happy of staking so far, i donated 500 BSX into the faucet site http://bsxfaucet.unyun.cn/

No I didn't because I don't care about the difficulty. When I buy a coin and is saying that the APR is 50% I expect to be 50% related to my stack +/-, but not 5x less because the diff is too high. Is like you are saying, the APR is 50% if there are 100 stakers, but if there are 10000 sorry you'l get 0.5%. I didn't saw in the whitepaper that the APR depends on the amount of stakers, did you? What will be the APR if in the next few months there will be 10X more people stacking? 1%? I can give you a lot of examples of coins that the APR stays the same, no matter how hi or low the diff is, no matter how many stakers are, you'll get x% interest. Anyway lets forget about the APR, what can you say about the fact that the devs are launching an exchange with a free ready-made script from here: https://bitexchange.systems/ ?

Fair enough, I don't want them to quit, but I want them to keep their promises, as I don't like when people loose their money or doesn't get what they expect after they are paying money. Is not only about me as I spent like 500$ on BSX but maybe other will come and will spend 5K, 10K, 100K. At least they must change OP and whitepaper according to the reality for people to know what to expect. Anyway good luck with the project! I'm out! G

If you don't care to invest, there will always be other people to invest, I am rank #3 by the way.

I didn't heard about Shardax, is this a new exchange or a tiny one? Anyway I don't recommend to get listed on smaller exchange, bigger than crypto-bridge is worth, if is smaller is not worth it.

They have no clue about how much is the interest rate of their coin and how to change it because is way different that what they stated in the first place. And of course is pathetic to post some screenshots from here https://www.bitexchange.cash/ which is a free exchange creator demo and pretend you are working to launch an exchange. Just forget about it dud and move on. I have bought $1000 worth of bitspace coins at 50 sats and sold at 17.5 just now, of course I have lost $700, but it is what it is, shit happens.

Where is the developers of this coin? They obviously abandoned their shitty coin and moved on, they come back here sometimes to tease our asses, they are probably laughing their ass off with another shitty coin as of now. The exchange they were talking and promising us is a lie. Give me back my ICO money.

Please devs, drop in sometimes, or at least show us some progress of the exchange project. If you are telling the truth and simply not moved on with ICO money, then you are not helping your own project by letting everyone think the coin is dead and a scam.
Give us anything for hope.

It seems that the always tireless supporter of this shit is tiered too, Justme user was right about this project it seems and now you are seeing this too. It is what it is, just cut your loses and move on brother, is not the end of the world. You will make money somewhere else. Cheers!

Only around 10 sat. Marketcap is sub 10 000 USD. Is dev still around? Still around and working on BSX exchange. are you sure? it's very odd he/she doesn't react to the subject of the virus scanner reaction to the wallet.

Is this coin still alive? You have just been added to CoinMarketCap!So, with PoW finished and inflation at 5% per year, it would not be impossible for this coin to get any value because p2p is a rising market.

I think this coins is dead, is abandoned since a long time, anyway this was smelling like a scam since the beginning as their exchange was a ready-made one bought online. I would stay away from it.

Contact nostromo I don't think is something you can do now, because people lost faith in this project and also lost the trust needed so much in this space. Anyway the project lost my trust anyway, so even a new dev will come and take over this project is very hard to make a successful one from it, from this point. just my 2 cents.

Example: - A input of 10000 only get 1 POS block a day = 1 BSX each block (guessing reward number not accurate), so that big input just hit a block now it will be divided in half until it divides all 10000 into small inputs. - 10 inputs around 1000 each get you 10 POS blocks a day = 1 BSX each block = 10 BSX in total (guessing reward number not accurate) The more small inputs of 1000 coins per input that you have the more you hit POS blocks faster and give you better POS rewards from the interest rate. There is no minimum number of coins for staking and no masternodes, you can begin to stake with just 1 BSX, 24h is the minimum to stake.

No asics. https://i.imgur.com/H35SOVE.jpg
