For me, let me put it this way (my feeling only):

The chance the fiat dollar goes down in value in the years ahead:  99%

The chance that the cryptos I've purchased go down in value in the years ahead:  10%

So I am very overly invested in the cryptos in which I believe

The higher the expected profit from the project, the higher the risks. This is a simple rule, but it works. With a small investment in prospective projects you risk left with nothing.

I want to invest a small amount in the crypto world because the risk of low investment are low if we invest a large amount, then we get more profit when the prices are high.We also remember that there is a high risk.

Whenever amount was big the risk was like it , There is no profit without adventure but You do not have to greed a lot
for example,to invest an amount equivalent of house. And you have only one house, its a bad decision in my opinion

This family in link below sold everything Including the house to buy bitcoin

Yes, anyone can start with anything. As some can start with $1k and see it as something they can easily forfeit, some may not even have $10 to spare. It is life and everyone is not equal. I start with far way more than that and it was something I could afford when I weighed my bank account balance, so at the long run, that is a decision that is generally left for each individual depending on what they have in and out.

I started my trading with my one month salary. It was around $500 in 2013. As I was a low risk trader, I preferred holding hence I traded only bitcoin and litecoin and somewhat I managed to double my capital within ten months of time but I am sure some good traders might have done that in less than 3 months itself.

Any amount that you are ready to lose is suitable for investing. Of course small amount will bring you lower income, but you should get a good experience before you start investing large amounts.

What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.

I would be interested to know what people here consider a good starting amount to invest...and I know the basics of not investing more than you can afford to loose but for arguements sake, what’s a good number to start with?

I’m not so much interested from a whale perspective of investing like $500k or $1mill, more so the normal everyday average joe male/female investor who wants to dabble in the crypto market. Would it be $1k, $2k, $5k, $10k, $20k etc? People new to the game or interested to start investing in this space may find this useful so they know a rough number which would be a good starting point before turning  that into riches (the obvious dream).

For reference I initially started with about $3k (it’s not loads but it was a start) and over time I’ve added more and more (it gets addicting) into the pot as and when I have the money to spend and when the time seems good to buy.
it depends on people whether they like it high or low price so it may vary every people choose to invest

There is no exact amount that's the best to invest in crypto. Invest an amount which you can afford to lose them all.

how much capital for investments? the minimum capital also varies, ranging from free to millions of Rupiah/DOLLARS. You are free to choose which way to take. However, there is one thing that must be considered: every possible profit, will always be accompanied by possible loss.  Learn the ins and outs of crypto currency and which investment model to match, before you actually spend as much money as Bitcoin investment.

I think it depends on you, if you want to get a lot of results then you need to spend a large capital, so to gain profit then do not invest in something you do not understand. so invest in something you understand.

I believe that you yourself must decide how much to invest. When I started, I had a starting capital of $ 200.

For me, to starting Investment I better invest with a small amount (is about $100-$500). Because investment in Cryptocurrency have a high risk.
at the moment Bitcoin price is changed with dramatically. So I prefer to choose to be careful in do it.

I think it is also because it is very risky will remain if we would dare to take a greater risk in my opinion the benefits that we will get much bigger and faster
risk can not be eliminated but if we want to take it I am sure dbalik risk there are many advantages

I would suggest you to start only after learning about top projects that blockchain already have and choose coins that you believe in, then you can partially make it about 100-200$ per time and watch what it will be

The amount to invest depends on the investors capabilities and capacity, you cant invest what you don't have so its better to put in only what you acn afford, you can start small and grow with time, you don't always have to start on huge amounts of money

To make big gain in cryptomarket, need big capital to start. But its depending on ourself. I think, better not push ourself to invest with large amount because investing on crypto is long term investment

I think this is a very relative question. I think that the amount everyone can raise is different. for this reason the investment is not a partner but a person.  Cool
