in my opinion, the main failure of ICO is a less interested investor. sometimes, they have a good and professional team, and a good concept. only investor interest in the project is still lacking.

In my opinion, there is no need to hurry with the assignment of ICOs success status. they are realized only by 2019/20/21 years. Perhaps it will be so that these projects will already be bankrupt by that time.

I think most ico fail because of lack of funds from the investors. Because there are too many existing ico makes it difficult to find other investors who are willing to invest in the ico project. In my opinion of most ICO's was failed. Maybe because some of developers are not paying attention on sustainable token. With inflation which largely happens because of flawed economic models and the greater fool theory. A lies concept of a project that makes the ICO fail.

I think there are so many reasons ,just like they didnt reached their ICO`s sales like soft cap or hard cap,but many ICO`s was turning in scam because they are only want is money not a successful project.

I believe these are the reasons why ICOs fail. Most of them are just copycat of another token or coin. Meaning just to make hype and after they collected some amount they will turn into scam (some icos). No real value or no clear project. Poor marketing strategy. and lastly is the market today. Some people lost faith of icos and not invest at all. Most people believe in fud.

There are many reasons why ICO fails, I think ICO projects are unsuccessful because investors have not really invested in potential ICOs. They have not really explored the ICO projects they invest in. They lack the initiative in selecting the initial project.

Thank you for the tips on most common ico fail. But I have to add something. ICO also fail due to its price crash, especially when the ico is hosting a bounty campaign. Most of the bounty participants is dumping their coin at its lowest price.
