I believe that the failure of the ICO in the market depends on the fall of the market and the fact that the coins depreciated.

I agree with you ,but the coins can lose their initial price,fall to SAG ,but if there is a complete depreciation it just says that the team is not so good,and did not calculate the risks .

I know that they fail because of lack of promotions there are many good ico's that strongly run and has a good team but their marketing strategy are not good same as others that have teams that focus on it and end up like scammers that's why many of investors now are limit to invest to those wonderful projects because focusing on the ico's does not give them a good ending.   

I agree that the promotion strategy to promote new projects is very important to attract investors, but it seems that the team that manages the project is lacking in initial planning, such as having a special strategy or additional plans if there is a possibility of future obstacles. Because this is very important so that the project can get more opportunities to succeed.

First it should be on ICO main project or objective, no matter how popular the project gets , big fishes will only grab it once it shows some factors that will make a win win decision for both owner and investor. Its the objective first to have a good promotion.

Based on some of my observations the reasons why some ICO project fails is because of the lack of clear  and concrete plan. This leads to not gaining the interest of investors hence will lead to the project's downfall. Every ICO project's whitepaper should have the clear and concrete information about their vision, the team, the project, the road map, development and timelines and the what's in it for the investors, that way we can gain their trust and confidence on the project.
