greed  of  the  developers  and  team  i  thiink  these  two  are   the  most  importanr  reasons   why  ICO s  fail and i think unless they will be  fixed  there  will  no  be any sucess according to me .

I do not think that 50% of failed ICOs is too much. In any business, percentage of loss-making campaigns is high. If we take the sphere of startups, only one project out of ten survives there. So, it is not so bad in the field of ICO as it is given in media
I do not share your sentiment on this. 50 percentage failure rate to me is not really acceptable to me. This show the level at which the developers of thes ICO failed to come out with a sellable idea. Although i know it is not quite easy to set up an ICO project but I think it is better to take time to come out with a great idea than rushing into what they are not sure of.

Many ICOs are not very clear so people don't understand in what they are investing. Also many ICOs don't have investors because of the negative news about them.

There are many reasons for the failure of ICO, Many projects actually do not meet the conditions required by the ICO. They just wrote an impossible realized white paper and then immediately start ICO,that have not been carefully prepared are necessarily failing.

There are many factors that cause most icos to fail. Major factors are known to be poor advertising and no better or extraordinary project that adds up to the existing ones or to challenge other projects currently in the system. There are many more to these ones.

against the pressure of the market even the coolest project is very difficult to move. and in this market only the most top-rated projects raise money. The rest, even good projects simply can not cope with a bear market

As for me the main reason icos fail for this year is that it was extremely easy to host an ICO and market was just flooded with meaningless projects and now they got no credit.

The original ideas are actually successful. Most of the failed ones are already copies of each other. I think the investor will invest in projects with strong new ideas that bring innovation to the market.

I think many ICOs failed this year because the market oversaturated with ideas and tokens resulting in lower demand from the side of investors. Not sure if there will be too many successful ICOs in the future because a project has to be really tough to win this competition.

There are many reasons why ICO fails, but the main one, in my opinion, is that most ICOs are not interesting for investors, because they do not have a unique idea, there are few new ideas on the market.

There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail.
From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail?
1. Being too complicated:
If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience.
2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity:
The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case
So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?"
I believe the list continues.

I think for the full success of the project team should explain to investors the real applicability of the product. The investor will be able to build possible options for the token's growth. It will be basic in deciding whether to invest or not.

I see the problem in the large number of ICOs in recent months, people are divided into almost same projects and they collect lower amount of money because of it. There should be restriction made up for the projects.

ICO that fail is plagiarism of other successful projects that have already succeeded in this direction , because of this they do not find investors and close.

icos failed because of several reasons:
1. they are designed to fail in the first place. the dev team's sole mission is to scam people's money.
2. too much money raised from ico.  this tends to tempt the dev team to just run away with ico fund.
3. lack of skills. many ico are offered in rush without proper preparation. this is a recipe for disaster.
4. lack of interested people to invest.
In addition, the lack of spreading information was also a factor in the failure of the ICO, as in this bitcointalk forum on announcement board, the new thread about new ICO will not be on the first page for a long time, so only a few people know the ICO

ICOS campaigns are now failing for many reasons. In my opinion the crypto market is facing a lot of difficulties. ICOS campaigns have difficulty in raising capital and Bitcoin has fallen too sharply.

In most cases, ICOs do not fail. If the token fell in price, this does not mean that the project has problems. IMHO

It seems to me very often ICO fails due to the fact that they have a weak product!

because there are too many ICOs who commit fraud, even those who don't commit fraud eventually turn out to be shitcoin, so investors are hesitant to invest in ICOs. thus causing several ICOs to fail

Most of the ICOs i have seen failed these days, failed because of their tricky agenda, except for some few ones that are genuine. I can count some numbers of scam ICOs i know of that failed. Although, they were able to cart away some money from invests, which can be painful. Most of them would not even finish with the ICO before taking to their heels.
Investors truly need to be wise and smart. They should try to learn how to analyze projects before investing into them.
