Rethinking today the phenomenon ico and the wealth that has generated for some developers who have proposed little or nothing, it seems incredible how it could have happened.

There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail. From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail? 1. Being too complicated: If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience. 2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity: The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?" I believe the list continues.
This situation is due to many circumstances. Among the main problems I can single out a significant increase in competition in the current ICO market, the total amount of investment has significantly decreased. Also played a role and a significant increase in cases of fraud.

Fraud and scam is the main part of the ICO fail, many altcoins is the scam project, even they have the good looking and remarkable of web page and whitepaper, but they have not the real project about the coins, they create the coins and launched the ICO, collect the money and go away, if you have the experience in it, you never want to invest it again.

Normally that's what happen when they scam. When the market is lively, the more they will be aggressive with scamming because their potential of income will increase. Despite giving warning, there are still people who fall from scams, one of the reason is because they are greedy, they tend to invest in a return that is too good to be true.

So far, the reasons for the failure of most ICO projects are more common than private. This is primarily a general decline and a long period of stagnation of the cryptocurrency market, as well as the level of fraud in this type of ICO activity that has swept all of us. And only after that the reasons for the failure of ICO projects are their personal failures. The rise and fall of the cryptocurrency market is little dependent on us, but with fraud we need to do something, without solving this problem, the ICO will not be able to regain its former popularity. The most acceptable option is the state regulation of ICO activities, in a different way, it seems to me that we cannot defeat prayer in ICO projects.

I think most of the ICO's need more investors to participate to their projects because most of the launched projects must be promising to get more investors. And number 2 reason why some ICO's don't get their success even they have a good intentions but don't have any use in the reality it is hard to know if it will grow in the future as a investor's always think of getting more successful.

Many ICO failed because they just copy idea of others project and the team member not professional and not solid to development the purpose of the project. There too many ICO in the market but they have low quality product, and the situation should be less ICO but they has high quality of product. ICO market need regulation to avoid fraud and to protect investor.

Most of the ico is failed because of the market condition. Bitcoin and ethereum is lost its value, almost 90% of thier value last 2017,so I think it is already expected that some other ICOs investors hold thier ethereum and bitcoin because of the droping of its price and valueand if we are going use it in any exchange its value is really smaller than before so I think there is no advantage on investing an ico if we already lost a profit from the start. Maybe people really hold thier asset for good.

it is divided into internal factors and external factors. whether the project itself is feasible and whether the project team is reliable. the external factor is: What is the state of the market?

Now is the time that few people only want to invest in cryptocurrency due to the fact that there is a decline in the cryptocurrency market, and many companies cannot fully provide their ideas to people to believe in them, many companies simply stop working, in general many different problems due to what ICO`s fails for.

ICO failed because the lack of interest from Investors is decreasing every day at the moment, this is due to the decline in Bitcoin prices which has resulted in a decrease in interest in the ICO project, added by the many frauds that often occur in the ICO.

Of course, for the ICO to be successful, the project needs to be unique and easy for investors to understand. I would also add the demand for the product or service that the project offers. And the situation in the market is very important, it also affects the demand of investors.

Many ICO's are failing because they are not giving good concept and people are not ready to put their money in the projects which are not sustainable for long and many ico's collect money and gone. Also market conditions are not favorable for new investments from last one year.

I think the main factor of ICO success is the marketing and good presentation of the project. You can sell everything with proper advertisement You will need: a serious looking website and whitepaper, some famous people in team and respected advisors, good media coverage, properly made bounty campaign with good managers and maybe some sort of virus marketing or fake awesome news to create hype around the project. That's it, people will bring you money

It's really what you say about everything that is happening right now. Some investors are very afraid of projects that are not profitable for them in the future. the price of Bitcoin that is unstable and always decreases makes one of the big doubts for everyone at this time.

The reasons that today can kill the ICO market a lot, think only about the number of scam projects that are being used here. I think that now such a huge number of projects are in fact already very damaging to the market.

Most of the time, the status of the cryptocurrency market affects the result of an ICO. Some are not lucky enough to raise their minimum cap because crypto investors are afraid to invest especially when the market is not stable.

Most cryptoinvestors are interested in the possibility of obtaining speculative profits. When a crypto community observes such a long fall in the entire coin market, it creates fear and the desire to invest disappears. No one wants to lose their money.

Yes, everything is very simple. The main reason for the failure is that nobody needs the project and is not interested. Also often, the team does not know what to do next, after the sale of coins.

in my opinion there are several reasons why ICO can fail ... because the first sales target does not reach the lowest number, then because of the lack of trust from investors towards the ICO project they are running so there are no sales that are in line with planning ... then in my opinion that is the main factor why ICO failed
