I think it happens because of the lots of scam projects and people in this world will expect a huge success for their work when they are not accepting this then nothing will go to the next level that is the main problem the ICO projects will not be successful in this situation

Indeed you are correct. A lot of projects came up, hoping to ride the hype, without any practical use of whatever idea they had.
That's the reason I cherish any great use case project I come across on this space.

The issues with failure of ICO projects, to me I feel is all about the team. The truth is once the team behind a project is not competent and possess the require expertise, there is no way a project would be successful. It is of great importance to do an in-depth research on the team before investing in any project.

there are many reasons why ICO fails, and what you say is true, that's one of them.
especially now there are many scams that make it easy to fail, or the product is not good and there are many other things.
so we must be very vigilant and must be careful when choosing a project, because not all projects are good and not all are bad.

There are reasons why ICO is fail. First, the project they came up with was not unique, either the project similar to other or the project is so complicated. Second, the team they came up with was not to competent to gain trust and attention from investors and market.

Most ICOs fail because it lacks the creativity to meet the current market situations. Developers are not learning and following the market status and hence depriving them the necessary information they need to come out with proper ICOs. Also most ICOs fail because they get too hyped by ICO rating websites meanwhile they are not what they say they are.

There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail.
From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail?
1. Being too complicated:
If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience.
2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity:
The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case
So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?"
I believe the list continues.
personally,  i think icos have generally lost the flavor. Investors that have lost so much to scam will not want to hear about ico even if the ico is as simple as abc with a working product. My advice to any new project is to try ieo with a big exchange and not look at the cost.... For now it pays

I think the first reasson why ICO fail first is the bad image. When social media is against about something specially in investment it will have a big impact to the investment. Next one is lack of information and learning about the project. If project did not have a good information they will not get a good market.

Reason for ICO fail:
There are too many ghost projects, and drawing makes investors afraid to invest. Too many pitfalls, making investors no longer trust ICO. Low profit, very high loss of capital. Many reasons why ICO failed.

A lot of investors maybe loss in past ICO and new ICO keep coming. Actually what you said very logic because less investor means not much money to invest in ICO nowadays. And i think something like this need to be fixed.

It is true that there are plenty of ICO projects in the market right now and unfortunately, it isn't always easy to tell which ICO projects are trustworthy. However, I do believe that we should discern good, creative ICOs that truly have a viable, unorthodox solution to problems that do exist in traditional systems/processes. We should look at the sustainability of an ICO project, whether it is on track to creating an MVP, if they have a consistent presence on their social media accounts and on the Telegram, if there is open communication with those interested in their projects. Another option to look at is also to look at the platforms pushing an ICO project out - if the platform has a good reputation, if they've done other successful ICO projects, because these indicate the potential of the next ICO project that comes up. One of the interesting projects I'm looking at recently is BlockCart (BCART) - as an avid online shopper their proposed solution and ICO project seems promising. Their product is due to launch in within this year? Their ANN post is here and I think their bounty/airdrop campaigns are ongoing for anyone interested. What other promising ICO projects have you guys seen/and would recommend?

You forgot to mention that the ICO platform is the easiest way to scam people, you can check the scam section 90% are ICO based, they are creating a fake team member their white paper are just copied from other project and their platform is not working at all then just want a cash cow and after they got their money they will run away.

The problem is far from you analogy. When investors are no longer sure of their investments, this is what we expect. When you invest in a project and you wake up to notice that the project is gone. In as much as we have had too many inexperienced project teams and which abso have affected the ico as well but there were too many scams, your funds security is no longer insured, lack of trust and so ico started falling.

When you look at the IEO, the most important thing it has provided and why people prefer IEOs is because it has provided security, brought back trust and kind of insurance to your funds.

after the ico incident failed, of course there will be many investors who are starting to be cautious, until another failed ico happens, making investors' trust seem to be lost, and as if we are difficult to distinguish good and bad ico

Almost 90% ICo were failed in 2018 and 2019, The major reason behind the fail is bearish season of crypto market and some scam projects, Investor invests in bearish market in old good projects rather than in new coin through ICO.

I think that we all know the main reason for the failure of current ICO projects. This is a large number of fraudulent projects, as a result of which investors are now very reluctant to invest their money in ICO. Although individual ICO projects are being completed successfully, however, in general, this activity is now in considerable decline. In my opinion, only state regulation of this type of activity can increase the popularity of ICO projects. However, the state is not in a hurry.

No real use case is the major problem almost all ICOs are facing ,this is why many fade away after few years of there launch ,and secondly another one is a non well planned project, this makes investors run away from the project like the teams don't know what they are doing

To be honest there are many factors that can cause the fail. The project team isn't much mature to drive the idea to a complete code. Another fact that every project need a good economist or at-least a good financial consultant to take care of the financial part.
