I’ll keep this in mind, lots of lesson to learn. As a brand new member I am reading some post to get some information in what to do. Then I read your post TYMAN, and I guess it helps a lot…Something keeps in my head is to learn to wait and not pushing too hard to level up for few months and just learn many things in this cycle so I can share worthy and better post to this forum. I am not so prof as attendees here but from myself I can add to do bounty tires and I want to cease to post different useless posts instead I will prefer to study and who knows to what I will lead it))

Don't bother, we are already tired of bounties, and the shit posting that their spammers do.

You definitely did not read the thread on merit system by theymos.

You did not search in the forum. If you did you would not be asking this question.

Quote

Rank is independent of awarding of merit. If you have merit to award, click the "+Merit" button on the upper right corner of the post which will take you to another page asking how many merits you want to offer that post.

thanks for the guide
Why say thanks when you did not even read the rules  or the content of this OP, and the threads properly before posting?

I would like to advise you on a couple of books that I used when studied English.

1. Universal English textbook for beginners
New English File                                                    New Total English                                           Speakout

2. For activating vocabulary
English Vocabulary in Use                                  Oxford Word Skills

3. Textbook for grammar
 Essential Grammar in Use                                    Grammarway

I hope they will help you improve your English skills, good luck!

I see that the post was useful, so I collected more information from my relatives and friends and that's what they advised me.

You need to mention 3 textbooks on grammar from Raymond Murphy and Martin Hewings
First level                                                                Average level                                                  Advanced level

Also do not forget about a series of textbooks from Oxford from the creators Norman Coe, Mark Harrison, Ken Paterson, John Eastwood and George Yule
First level                                                                Average level                                                  Advanced level

As soon as I find more information, I will certainly inform you!

Hi,
I have lots of books for English learners, so my question is:
What if I can give links to download books in .pdf files?
Will I violate something?
If not, I will share them with my next thread in the topic.
Thank you.

Almost certainly if you are providing copies of the books. you should post the link to the publisher's site, rather than offering to provide material that is probably subject to copyright.

If books are available for free... definitely it will be good to share.
Just don't put pirated (copyrights) links and yes you can post new topic in board "Beginners & Help"

Wow, extremely ridiculous to deliver sMerits like this.
Of course, you have your rights and your personal decisions to use your sMerits, but it is something like merit abusements.
If someone else, not famous members in the forum like you, doing like this, they will be put under the watching lists of radars.
It is certainly that no one can judge someone abused the merit system with only 2 give away sMerits like your specific case.  Grin

Which things did you recommend in your NOT-TO-DO list?
Do not do it

Only publishing your thread when it is needed for the current discussion. I don't see any reason to compose such boring thread, which has no contribution to the TMAN's topic.
Next time, you should post only it is needed, not post for accumulating your post-count, my friend.

I have no idea what you mean here - I gave some merits as the name made me laugh - I don't see anything wrong with that.

I have no idea what you mean here - I gave some merits as the name made me laugh - I don't see anything wrong with that.

Merits are designed to help create and maintain a vibrant and interesting communications forum. They do this by discouraging low value polluting posts, and encouraging posts that will help to maintain the community spirit. The membership of Bitcoin Talk is diverse and multi-dimensional, and this is what gives it its strength. Those with merits to award will have different standards and interests, and this diversity means that many new members will have a good chance of receiving merits for a variety of reasons, and not just for making sycophantic or highly technical posts.

I don't agree with some of the merit awards that TMAN makes, but I appreciate that his policies help many new and junior members to become a valuable part of the forum, Keep up the good work TMAN.

You are making a point, Talk Merit. I clearly known that TMAN is among the most prestigious members in the forum, who have strict rules for giving away his sMerits. However, as you said, sometimes, TMAN gave his sMerits away for such thread above. I don't like it, but - of course - TMAN can do anything with his sMerits, regardless of merit abusements.
However, such easy giving away might lead to merit begging endemic in the forum.
By the way, I also agree with your point at lots of good works TMAN do to help make the forum better.

To learn English, you can watch English movies with subtitles. Here is the list of those films and series that I used.

My Fair Lady (1964)      Bridget Jones’s Diary (2001)               The Office (2001—2003)

                                          Extr@ (2002—2004)

First time I have encountered topic like this. May be I am a shit poster (honest confession, I really am), posting around the alt-coin and bitcoin section. From today on, I am going to study a bit more (spending time on the forum to read things) besides the shit posting I do for bounties.

Thank you for the specific link...
