Altcoin now are good investment and its time to buy because nowadays the value of altcoin are low and its good opportunity to get some of them.

Perhaps we're overpopulated...

So many die because too many are born.

Maybe your though is right that some are nothing less because of new comers.

But not means, altcoin is not good investment once the value of it depreciate in the market instead its giving opportunity to buy cheap price of it.

For me this is the right time to buy GOOD altcoins if you want to hold them for a long time. Because they are at their lowest value right now. But if you are like a daily trader and hate holding them for a long time. Not a good idea for you. Prices and values of coin will go up and down which you can see in the charts example site is www.coinmarketcap.com. So if you are going to invest in an altcoin, your mindset must be a long time holder. Just a suggestion buddy, still your choice.

For as long as your money is in the legit and top altcoins, I don't think it will head down zero. That is impossible. I bet you are exaggerating a little on this. I know that the altcoin market has been suffering really hard these past several weeks, but they are not going die. So zero is really out of bounds. That will not happen to any single altcoin even within the top 100. There are actually a couple of great options you can take during this bear season. Either you will buy more and more altcoins because they are very cheap already or you keep on hodling what you already have.

As long as retail investors are pouring in, alts won't die, the temptation to be next BTC is huge & irresistible so it is my gut feeling that alt season will fully rage in & kick bears in the face. looking closer to previous years charts, the bearish phase was longer than we are witnessing right now. so HODL & accumulate.

I think altcoin is not dying and now altcoin is just going down and now you can buy bitcoin because bitcoin will again go up and you can invest in the long-term so altcoin you get is safe, but i am safer and more resilient and patient stable now bitcoin and altcoin are in the same place

Altcoins most certainly are NOT dying.  Don’t confuse market corrections/fluctuations with loss of use/function.  There are more and more practical applications being introduced in the Altcoin sphere.  Certainly, some will fail to find traction, but in the main, I think there will be plenty of support moving forward.
