In my personal experience with altcoins so far, though not yet fully experienced, the best time to buy is whne they fully in red and when in seems like nothing with help to recover them, thats the time to buy. Wait for the dip and buy, our mistake is we tend to be greedy and wait to see some gain and we get tempted to buy when they are in green but you will get little or no profit through that, more so you will lose out. Study the trend of the alts you are interested in, understand the the graph for a reasonable period, chances are that there will be a trend that will be followed over a period and that will give you some clue as when to jump into the ship and when to cash out before you get burnt.

Amen on that i had bought in green when i first got into crypto but have learned. there are some alt coins that should become standards soon like eos and neo so alt coins are very much alive imo

If you are still doubt about crypto, it is better if you don't invest in here or I may say that this is not the right place for you. Deep understanding and patience are the most important tool in here in order to survive and be succeed in this field. If you don't have it, I'm sure you're not enjoyed in crypto and most probably you'll be losing.

The dead Altcoin is just a nonsense to manipulate the trader eye in order to benefit from them but the trader knows so much and then no one buys the shit coin,the result is just a coin that is not worth anything different from the famous altcoin.

Be very careful with the those little-known alts. Investing in them is like betting with big multipliers, you can win a lot if you win, but most likely you will lose. TRON and NEO are not little-known coins though, and you did the right thing investing in them, two months ago(TRON) and one month ago(NEO), and selling them one week ago or so. Indeed that strategy was a successful one because both coins were able to give 100% profit in a pretty short period of time.

altcoin not that dying and heading to zero in my opinion. it is based on what altcoin you holding, when its prices keep getting low, you need to research what reason that makes the prices going down.

Fear will not give you an advantage. altcoin will be increasing in value because of the growing number of devotees and this makes altcoin more expensive. fear is indeed reasonable but if based on the analysis of the then trade and investment will be peaceful and will not fear losses.

Even some of my investment gone wrong because I dint follow the community some coins already claimed scam but I invested example edt token . Even more are there but edt was horrible . Do research enough before investing neo , trx , Ada , nem , eos still profitable in bearish market.

probably a few months ago altcoin was dying and is now in a recovery for the future because some people are trying to raise altcoin prices by buying altcoins while Altcoin prices are down and I think that's a good thing and can drive up altcoin prices, and with the return of altcoin prices I also believe the bitcoin price could be good by the end of this year

Yes. Most of the altcoins are dying.

I wouldn't exactly use the word dying, more like suffering as a lot of the coins are now going back into the red with the drop in prices again last week. And with dips they tend to last a lot longer than the recovery periods themselves so we will be seeing red in the market for a while and the altcoins will keep suffering until bitcoin prices pick up again which is not too far away.
