The market fell at the start of this year and is still falling up to the present. It is not only altcoin which is experiencing difficulties nowadays because most of the cryptos are. Most of the investors are really losing their money partially. But if patience would be a priority nothing will be a loss because dumps are surely temporary.

With the current situation of alts we should be thinking logically if it's really worth buying of alts. However, I'm kinda doubtful now so I'm buying more bitcoin than altcoin. With many icos now that popped in the market, many altcoins are born and this made the supply higher yet the demand is decreasing because of fuds that intolerable.

Eventually, many coins will die and those who are strong will remain standing.

Actually not only you that your coins or money goes to zero. Ill think all of us in here same situation but we need to trust that altcoins be back again into a high prices so we need to wait until going up again.

If you have seen a lot of altcoins are now depending Bitcoin or Ethereum to hold them up because truth be told some of these new altcoins have no real back-up funding. Some of these new coins ask you to pay them with bitcoin or ether to buy them which is bad and they have no real faith in their own coins so they rely on the main coins to supply them.So if bitcoin died today at this second all of the altcoins will shut down. but it will never happen do not worry they will not die.

Actually yes, they are dying .
Even though Bitcoins is not at its best since the beginning of the year recent news has confirmed that NOW 54% of all the crypto currencies in the world is Bitcoin , which pretty much explains the story of Altcoins doesn't it? .

 Altcoins are dying also because of too much production and many ICOs burn some of their coins ( for its good only) . This may also be a reason for its decline.

Personally, I think that the alt coin market is on the verge of death lol. Not death as in it will be completely gone (because that's impossible) but rather, something like, it will soon be dragged down to the bottom of the ocean. The reason I'm saying this is because there had been so much disruptor in the market such as scams, bad projects that had not been gone through well enough, etc. These things are the causes of the market going down. If only this would get fixed, then we will have a better place to live in the crypto market.
